金盏菊是菊科金盏菊属,2 年生草本植物,集药用和观赏价值于一体,广泛应用于化妆品、食品、医药和农业等各领域.总结了金盏菊在新疆麦盖提新型日光温室中的生产管理经验,为规模化种植金盏菊提供技术支持.
Three chive varieties were used to explore the suitable cultivation methods of the NFT mobile growth system.The results showed that the seedling survival rate of chive was mainly determined by variety characteristics,’Rongbao 603’ and ’Rongjian’ had higher seedling survival rate;the fresh weight of single pot was affected by variety characteristics,sowing density and cultivation substrate at the same time,and ’Rongjian’ with 10 seeds/pot sowing density using fine sand cultivation treatment could have the best performance.The difference of the total cost of chive cultivation was mainly determined by the cultivation matrix,and the cost of using fine sand as cultivation matrix was the lowest.The unit cost of ’Rongiian’ with 10 seeds/pot sowing density using fine sand was the lowest compared with other treatments,which was 3.88 yuan/kg.Comprehensive analysis showed that sowing 10 seeds/pot of ’Rongjian’ using fine sand cultivation was the most suitable production method for the NFT mobile growth system,which had the characteristics of high seedling survival rate,high yield and low production cost.
为给不同品种金盏菊的播种、育苗提供技术支撑,以云南金盏菊、内蒙金盏菊、甘肃金盏菊为试验材料,研究了不同基质和发芽前不同种子预处理方法对金盏菊种子发芽情况的影响.结果表明,T3(云南金盏菊种子经催芽处理后播种于泥炭与珍珠岩质量比为3:1的混合基质)处理的种子发芽情况最好,T8(甘肃金盏菊种子经浸种处理后播种于泥炭基质)处理的种子发芽情况最差.在本试验条件下,品种和播种前预处理方法对金盏菊种子的4项发芽指标都有极显著影响,其中播种前预处理方法是影响金盏菊种子发芽情况的主要因素,最佳的播种前预处理方法为种子在温度为20℃、湿度为90%条件下进行催芽,种子催至刚刚露出白芽后进行播种.

目前,上海市水产养殖温室大棚存在着抗风能力不足、排水不畅、环境调控能力差等问题,为解决这些问题,特设计了一种新型水产养殖塑料薄膜温室.该新型水产养殖塑料薄膜温室建造方便、结构牢固、排水顺畅,抵抗大风、大雪等恶劣天气的能力强,具有良好的通风、散热及保温性能.经实地应用测试,该新型水产养殖塑料薄膜温室能有效延长水产养殖时间,进而获得显著的经济效益.
