The software technologies for processing of Earth remote sensing (ERS) data is discussed in the paper. Since the ERS data analysis and processing require mobilizing all available hardand software tools, the new software technologies are developed to solve these tasks. The preliminary results of these technologies implementation are presented.
Semantic Web is concept of effective object-oriented data control WWW with application of the semantic analysis. In world practice Sensor Network (SensorNet) the natural phenomena are designed in standards of open systems on element base WWW by means Semantic Web. In article the approach of modelling of elements of sensor networks is presented by means Semantic Web. Within the limits of this approach the metamodel of sensor network includes such concepts, as the device, the device sensor control, configured parametres of sensor control and devices, network reconfiguration.
In article the project of a research touch network of monitoring of environment is presented. For research the typical architecture of sensor network «client -server -gateway -sensor» is chosen. In the project the approach of joint modelling of elements of sensor networks and a subject domain of monitoring by means of technologies of Web-semantic databases is applied.
The method based on coefficient maximums discovering of cross correlation is one of the ways of object spatial motion detection on satellite images occurring at different time. Here, the correlation is used as the means of equivalents discovering of object target which is the part of the current image, on the next image of images series. In the work presented, to increase the results authenticity of discovering new positions, the targets are transformed, i.e. adjusted to scale, rotation and translation. The problem solution consists of the following steps: 1) square objects-targets searching on the current image based on the results of contrast maximum or entropy maximum; 2) the searching of the positions of obtained targets on the next image, based on the achievement of maximal value of cross correlation coefficient; 3) building of vector fields of spatial objects motions in accordance with obtained positions. While scanning of the field of search the target is transformed, i.e. scaled and rotated. Then the transformed target is successively carried to each admissible position of the searching field on the next image. For multispectral images, the procedure of searching of targets and their equivalents is applied to data of each spectral range.
