Remains of neosuchian crocodyliforms (isolated teeth, fragment mandibular bone) from the Middle Jurassic (Bathonian) Peski locality in the Moscow Region are described for the first time. The neosuchian from Peski is characterized by well-pronounced ornamentation on the dermal skull bones, and also bicarinate teeth oval in cross section without serration and with triangular conical crowns and fine striation of the enamel. The similarity of Bathonian vertebrate faunas of the Moscow Region, Great Britain, Western Siberia, and Kyrgyzstan is evidence of homogeneity of the vertebrate fauna throughout Laurasia.
The fauna of the Teete locality (Neocomian, Yakutia) includes bivalve and gastropod mollusks, palaeoniscid and chondrostean fishes, caudate and anuran amphibians, choristoderes, lizards, phytophagous and predatory dinosaurs, and theromorphs (cynodonts). The flora includes mosses, horsetails, lycopods, ferns, and conifers. The petrographic study showed the prevalence in the section of volcano-sedimentary rocks. The Teete paleobiota dwelled on the alluvial-lacustrine plain in conditions of warm humid climate influenced by intense volcanic activity.
New finds of crocodiles and dinosaurs from the Late Jurassic deposits of southwestern Mongolia (Shar-Teg locality) and Eastern Siberia (basin of the Vilyui River, Teete locality) are described. A new species of small-sized running crocodiles, Nominosuchus arcanus, characterized by a small number of teeth is described from the Shar-Teg locality on the basis of the anterior parts of the skull. A Jurassic assemblage of dinosaurs, including Stegosaurus sp., sauropods resembling Camarasaurus, and predatory theropods, including Allosaurus sp., is established for the first time on the basis of the material from the Teete locality in Siberia. This corroborates the presence of the zoogeographic relationship between the North American and Siberian faunas at that time.
