The relevance of the topic is due to the rare occurrence in our locality of skin lesions of nematodes of the species Ancylostoma, Stronguloides, Necator, which are widespread in the tropics and subtropics, but now, due to the increasing migration of the population around the world, present a difficult diagnostic problem and cause difficulties in choosing tactics of treatment.
The relevance of the topic is due to the high frequency of occurrence in the structure of dermatological diseases. The number of patients is steadily increasing, with children often becoming sick. The etiology of dermatosis is unknown. The review presents the data of domestic and foreign authors on the features of the clinical picture, variants of the flow of red flat lichen, depending on provoking factors.
The new understanding of the disease requires the development of modern methods in the management strategy of atopic dermatitis. Individual approach to educate patients with use of modern gadgets in addition to the standard methods of treatment is a relatively new concept in dermatology. Educational programs for atopic dermatitis have a positive impact on the severity of dermatoses, as well as on psychological status.
Relative importance of the current issue is based on rare occurrence of this dermatosis, its genetic predisposition and occurrence in early childhood. The article presents a case report of clinical observations of late cutaneous porphyria in a 50-years old patient. The data of the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical picture are summarized. A differential diagnosis with vulgar disease, acquired epidermolysis bullosa and pseudoporphyria. The results of a successful comprehensive treatment of disease by drugs quinoline series, systemic glucocorticosteroids, phlebotomy.
Five clinical observations in pediatric patients with Bloch — Sulzberger syndrome are presented. The observation had been performed for six months. The differential diagnosis depending on the stage of the disease was done. The article contains variants of treating patients of this category.
A rare clinical case of an infant acropustulosis at a newborn child is presented in the article clinical signs, histology treatment are described.

Summarized data of the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture. The criteria of diagnosis and the complexity of the choice of therapy, in the absence of standard methods of treatment. Described an alternative approach to rehabilitation of the patient.
