Application of the preparation Angiodin in the healing process in the early stages is accompanied by the acceleration of healing time with the formation of connective tissue in the wound cracks and earlier epithelialization surface defect; prevention of complications in the form of inflammatory cell infiltration with tissue destruction and the presence of necrosis. This effect is achieved by improving the blood supply to the increase in the number of newly formed vessels directly into the operating wound, activation of microcirculation processes in nearby tissues.
Macromorphological characteristics of uterus in rats are described. The histological analysis of bioptic tissues from uterus horns have been carried out. The medicine has been proved to have strong anti-inflammatory effect, increasing the contractive ability of myometrium. Improving the microcirculation in small pelvis organs it stimulates the function of sexual glands.
The reactive phase after osteotomy and osteosynthesis has short-term character, and its manifestations are less expressed if steel implants with titanium and hafnium nitride coating comparing with bioinert medical steel implants.
Results of biochemical studies of blood serum in experimental animals subjected to fixation with intramedullar titan and hafnium nitride coated implants are described in this paper. Comparing with medical steel fixers, such implants are free from any additional reactive changes in experimental rabbits.
