In order to develop a draft general pharmacopoeial article Determination of arsenic in medicinal plant raw material, conducted a comparative study of information-analytical approaches to the valuation of arsenic (methods for determining and the limits of acceptable content) in medicinal plant raw materials, medicinal plant preparations, plant-based dietary supplements, dietary supplements included in the existing domestic and foreign pharmacopoeia and regulatory guidance documents.

С целью разработки проекта общей фармакопейной статьи «Определение мышьяка в лекарствен- ном растительном сырье» проведены сравнительные информационно-аналитические исследования подходов к нормированию мышьяка (методы определения и пределы допустимого содержания) в лекарственном растительном сырье, лекарственных растительных препаратах, БАД на растительной основе, диетических добавках, включенных в действующие отечественные и зарубежные фармакопеи и нормативно-методические документы. Проведены экспериментальные исследования по изучению уровня загрязненности токсичными контаминантами (токсикантами) лекарственных растений и сырья, уровня их перехода в лекарствен- ные формы в процессе изготовления и разработки методов определения. Проведены информационно- аналитические исследования по оценке требований отечественной и ведущих зарубежных фармакопей, руководств по оценке качества лекарственного растительного сырья и нормативно-методических до- кументов по оценке пищевых продуктов на растительной основе. На основании проведенных иссле- дований разработаны проекты общих фармакопейных статей (ОФС) «Определение тяжелых металлов в лекарственном растительном сырье» и «Определение остаточных пестицидов в лекарственном рас- тительном сырье» для Государственной Фармакопеи Российской Федерации ХII издания.
