显控台是舰船电子信息系统的重要组成部分.为研究舰船显控台冷却风扇噪声特性,有效控制冷却风扇噪声值,首先对冷却风扇噪声源进行理论分析,采用频谱试验方法对显控台冷却风扇噪声进行识别;然后从冷却风扇的结构参数、性能参数和空间匹配参数优化入手,提出冷却风扇优化设计和噪声控制方法;最后运用声学仿真的方法对比分析优化后冷却风扇与原冷却风扇的气动声学性能,得出优化后的冷却风扇的噪声声压级比原风扇降低了6.6 dB.该研究降低了舰船显控台冷却风扇的噪声,可为风扇的声学降噪设计提供可靠的分析和指导.
[Objectives] In order to improve the environmental adaptability of ship electromagnetic shielding coating, a theoretical and experimetal study is performed.[Methods] first, through the theoretical analysis of electromagnetic shielding technology,a method is obtained for evaluating the electrical conductivity of a coating layer on the surface of aluminum substrate. Second,four different types of electromagnetic shielding coating,namely foreign CHO and domestic HHY,QJH and NS,are prepared as experimental samples through brushing and spraying respectively. Afterwards,a study on the electrical conductivity of various types electromagnetic shielding coating is carried out via an anti-harsh environment adaptability test.[Results] The results show that, (1)in the case of the same process method,the coating properties of the domestic HHY and QJH were excellent;and(2)in the case of the same electromagnetic shielding coating, the coatings prepared using the spraying process have the best conductivity.[Conclusions] This study can provide references and guidance for the application of electromagnetic shielding coating to ship electronic equipment.
大型舰船显控台结构形式复杂,在前期设计阶段就要考虑结构强度是否满足舰船电子设备环境适应性的要求.为节约试验成本,缩短研发周期,文中针对某大型舰船显控台的结构形式,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了有限元分析模型.通过加载真实使用环境下的振动条件,对显控台进行了自由模态分析和约束模态分析,在此基础上获得了显控台的固有频率和振型,并对显控台整体刚度较弱的频率段进行了设计改进,以达到满足环境适应性要求的目的.该仿真分析可为同类型产品的设计提供科学、准确的依据.
