Приведены методики определения состава и качества смесей сыпучих материалов для перспективных сорбентов по цифровым изображениям. Показана возможность для смесей, полученных из материалов с близким цветом или яркостью, использовать цифровой анализ в цветовом пространстве HSV по величине тона H. Представлена технология получения тарировочных зависимостей концентрации ключевого компонента и проведения экспресс-анализа реальных смесей.
New technologies development in the medical market allows to reconsider primary obstructive megaureter (POMU) treatment tactics. Objective of the research - to determine effectiveness of high-pressure balloon dilatation (HPBD) of vesicoureteral segment (VUS) in children with POMU. The study included 48 children from different regions of Russia aged from 1 month to 3 years with POMU confirmed by clinical-instrumental examination. Children received HPBD of VUS with its stenting. The stent was removed after 4-6 weeks. The results were evaluated 3 months after stent removal. All the data were statistically processed. HPBD showed the overall efficiency of 73%. 40 of the 48 children received HPBD therapy due to structure of vesicoureteral anastomosis anatomical features. Distinct decompression of the upper urinary tract was observed during the stent urine derivation. There were no stents migration in any patient. Infectious complications occurred in 3 cases. After stent removal 5 patients had increased level of obstruction, which required open surgery. The best result was in the 3-6 months age group. HPBD BDVD proved to be technically easy and effective procedure, which can be an alternative to open surgery.
There are presented data of clinical and experimental studies of the expression of collagens in different techniques for surgical correction of hypospadias in children: by way of incision along urethral plate followed by tubularization (the technique of ''tubularized incised plate urethroplasty'' or TIP) and with the adding a graft to the raw area in the incised plate (TIPG). There was established functional improvement of the studied uroflowmetry parameters with increasing time after the correction of hypospadias by the urethroplasty technique of ''tubularized incised plate urethroplasty». An original experimental model of hypospadias for the study of biophysical properties of the urethra after the urethroplasty by direct measurement of pressure in the isolated urethral segment has been developed. For the first time there was established the absence of collagen type III in the bioptates of urethral plate in hypospadias in children, that leads to the disturbance of the formation of the elasticity of the urethra, determines the changes in indices of uroflowmetry in the postoperative period and may be a molecular criterion of efficacy of correction of hypospadias in children.
Endoscopic treatment of vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) in 75 children (101 ureters) was performed in 207-2010 at the NNTsMD medical holding with the use of Glikogel polymer developed by the National Engineering Academy, Kazakhstan. Most patients (56, 74°%) had grade III VUR. The following parameters were estimated: mean urine discharge rate, its exposition, and ureterovesicle angle. The data obtained were used to develop the excretory urography technique for VUR. The efficacy of endoscopic correction of grade II-III VUR by means of one-step application of Glikogel was 91% in the immediate and late post-treatment periods compared with that of grade IV VUR estimated at 60%.
