Stratified random sampling method was used to extract 5 tertiary general hospitals and 5 secondary general hospitals as the research object in Harbin.The status of patient medication safety management is researched in 7 aspects, which are drug supervision Organizaton and Regulation,drug storage and conservation,medical orders management, drug deployment and distribution,medicine administration,medication safety monitoring and construction of safety culture.The medication safety management problems had been found in the general hospitals and the improvement measures had been put forward which aim at providing theory basis to ensure patient medication safety.

Stratified random sampling method was used to extract 5 tertiary general hospitals and 5 secondary general hospitals as the research object in Harbin.The status of patient safety management in Emergency Department is researched from 6 aspects,which are human resource management,workload,core-systems,communication and collaboration,first-aid facilities management,and medical error management.

Objective:Through studying the nurses performance evaluation status in the operating rooms in ten general hospitals in Harbin city,we found some problems,which could provide some valuable information for the improvement of the performance evaluation system of nurses in the operating rooms in the hospitals.Methods:Use the survey questionnaire and expert interviews methods to understand the nurse performance eval-uation status quo in operating rooms.Results:Through studying on the 182 target survey operating room:in the secondary and tertiary hospitals.The numbers that can carry out performance evaluation of the hospital nursing staff proportion are 71.43% and 82.73%,and the 67.98% hospital nursing staff work performance evaluation are the same as other sections of the evaluation indicators,lack of specialized.The 60.34% of the respondents nurses in the departments indicated that the performance evaluations are unreasonable,there are 61.24% nurses in the nursing department think that performance appraisal remain in a form,and the 62.29% nursing staff are not satisfied with the performance evaluation indicators.Conclusion:The data about operating room nurses performance evaluation survey in ten general hos-pitals of Harbin show that:scrub nurses and circulating nurses in the operating room have a general performance evaluation.And the indicators can not reflect the characteristics of different nursing positions,the contents can not be comprehensive,can not cover the two different positions about key objectives responsibilities and content reasonably;There have some disadvantages,such as performance evaluation lack of scientific and standard management;performance evaluation and other human resources management out of touch;performance evaluation results of a single application;performance feedback is not enough.

Objective:According to the investigation of blood transfusion departments among seven tertiary hospitals in a certain province,the results showed that there were many deficiencies to be improved,such as the establishment and implementation of blood transfusion management system,the normative technical operations,blood transfusion security,personnel allocation and so on.This survey made clear the importance on the future safe management of blood transfusion in hospitals and put forward corresponding management countermeasures.This article aimed to provide the scientific basis for hospitals and government functional departments to carry out relevant tactics for blood transfusion security.Methods:1.Literature method:Based on a systematic literature review of the CNKI,VIP database during past five years.2.Field survey:Investigated the situation of blood transfusion departments of seven tertiary hospitals in a certain province.Results:Among the seven investigated hospitals,the awareness rate of clinical blood transfusion management system was low,blood stored refrigerators were not monitored regularly,the observation of transfusion reaction from medical staff was not enough,the communication between medical staff and patients was good before the blood transfusion.Over 60% of hospitals have not built the voluntary reporting system of blood transfusion error,only 14% medical personnels would report after the adverse effects of transfusion happened.In the blood transfusion departments,less than 30% of medical staff were over 30 years old,66% of medical staff were under junior college,37% were major in test laboratory,and 8% of the medical staff had no formal education back ground.Conclusion:There were many problems in the blood transfusion safety management of hospitals:The awareness rate of clinical blood transfusion management system was low,the implementation was not in place,blood storage process was not monitored in accordance with relevant requirements.The personnels in the transfusion department were rejuvenation and also low level of qualifications.The professional background of medical staff was unitary.In conclusion,hospitals must take corresponding strategies according to the existing problems.

Through surveying the situation of patient safety management of 52 general hospitals’operating rooms in 9 cities of Heilongjiang Province,we know about the problems of operating room in patient safety management,and make the corresponding measures,which could provide some experiences for improving the patient safety management in operating room.
