Economic development of the modern state is defined by the presence of advanced telecommunications system. It is one of the indicators of the investment climate in the country. The telecommunications industry is i m-portant for the information society development in Russia. It involves using information resources by citizens, public authorities and enterprises. Currently one of the most important factors increasing telecommunications companies competitiveness is their ability to respond quickly to the dynamic fluctuations of the environment. A large number of different non-interacting operations and technological infrastructure complexity obstructs taking efficient decisions. In these circumstances, it becomes appropriate to use computer decision support systems (DSS). One way of creating such systems is applying of simulation models of telecommunication companies. It helps to o b-tain a data set for choosing useful management decisions depending on operational and financial capacity of the mod-eling object. The paper presents the general structure of the multi-agent model of a telecommunications market de-signed to support decision-making in the marketing field. The process of creating multi-agent systems involves follow-ing steps: analysis, design and implementation, debugging and testing. Software implementation of a multi -agent simulation model assumes a modular structure. It is performed in Java object-oriented language using the Eclipse de-velopment tools and Microsoft Structured Query Language Server. The main emphasis is on the software implementa-tion of the model. The paper also shows the general architecture of the system, UML class diagram and code snippets in Java.
The article analyzes the importance of the problem of constructing an optimal transport network. In the article is given its mathematical formalization. A modification of the ant algorithm through the application of fuzzy logic and the development of fuzzy-production rules for the calculation the possibility of switching the ant from one vertex to another, allowing to take into account the uncertainty of the cost of transportation to the various sites, is provided.
The paper shows the importance of process modeling to support decision making in the management of complex open systems. An approach to the construction of hierarchical multi-agent systems, as well as a method of classification of the trajectories on the basis of locally approximating models to choose class multi-agent system.
The article deals with the problem of project management for the development of infrastructure of the company, presented a formalized statement of the problem of management. We propose an improved algorithm of ant colonies, which allows to take into account the uncertainty about the total cost of the cable and aimed at solving the problem of optimizing the infrastructure.
The paper describes the task of managing the infrastructure projects for the development of information and transportation networks of enterprises, justified its relevance for sustainable development of the Russian economy. Modification of the algorithm is presented based on the ant colony using fuzzy logic and fuzzy production rules to take account of the uncertainty of demand in the different sites, as well as the existence of different types of channels.
The paper analyzes the main features of economic systems, the urgency and the applicability of multi-agent technology to address priority social and economic problems. The necessity of development of adaptive systems and to suggest the creation of adaptive multi-agent systems through the use of multi-component approach.
The article shows the role of information and communications industry as one of the most high and significant in terms of sustained economic growth. The possibilities of predicting trends in the development of regional markets, as well as the classes of changes that affect the composition and structure of the market model are proposed.
