Aim. To study the hydrolases of the gastric aspirate of newborns and to estimate the digestive potential of their digestive systems at full-term and preterm gestational age.Materials and methods. Samples received from 76 full-term (37-41 weeks of gestation) and preterm (27-36 weeks) neonates have been studied in the course of this research. Lipase, α-amilase, the alkaline phosphatase, α-1- antitrypsin, pepsinogens I and II have been found in the supernatant of aspirate of the gastric content taken on an empty stomach.Results. The results of the study indicate the significant decrease in the hydrolase content in the gastric aspirate of preterm infants in comparison with full-term infants as well as the decrease in the initial digestive potential at the preterm gestational age. These results update the digestive potential definition din labor as the diagnostic one in the trophological prediction of newborns development. Concluson. The initial digestive potential of the digestive system of a newborn is characterized by hydrolase contents in his/her gastric aspirate. At the preterm gestational age the digestive potential of the digestive system is variously decreased for different hydrolase systems. The estimation of the initial digestive potential of newborns is promising for choosing strategies in breast, mixed and bottle feeding.
In the article are results of Bion-3 effectiveness assessment with metroendometritis (MEM). The results are evidence that Bion-3 with classical treatment had gave much more better result, then traditional antibiotic therapy. There was proved, that peroxidation processes were normalized more, than with traditional therapy: plasma thiobarbituric number (TBN) was more, then norm in 12.5%, erythrocytes TBN doesn’t differ from control, the hole TBN – so; catalase content were more in 15.7%, superoxide dismutase (SOD) – 4.3%. Antioxidant protection indicators had normalized too: plasma chemiluminescence flash (CF) were more, than normal in 17.1%, it’s square – in 89.7 %. Clinical blood indicators had indicated about inflammation processes lowering: leucocytes content was more, than normal in 8.7 %, eosinophiles — in 6.9 %, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) – in 4.0 %. The same time values these indicators were differ from normal much more in tradition treatment group. It’s evidence that Bion-3 incoming in tradition treatment had coming to mach more lowering of oxidation stress in patients organism with MEM.
There was performed the study of the creatine phosphate and the non-organic phosphate the crucial biochemical factors, which characterize the bioenergetics and the processes of the bone mineralization of the compact and squamous bone tissue allotransplants in mandible defects substitution in the experiment. For the first time along with the biochemical tests there were performed the roentgenological and morphological exams of the allotransplants during the process of bone tissue reparative regeneration. On the basis of the produced results there was created the complex of the biochemical, roentgenological and morphological factors, which may serve as a scientifically based criterion for the preferential use of the squamous bone tissue allotransplants in the practical substitution of the mandibular defects.
