In this research blood serum was tested for specific antibodies so as to investigate the immune system tension in distant periods after the immunization with the tick-borne encephalitis vaccine EnceVir®. It was shown that twelve months after the completion of the initial course of vaccination all the vaccinated adults had specific IgG, with titer rate varying from 1:800 to 1:3200. The retrospective analysis of the vaccines side effects revealed several batches with an elevated number of temperature reactions. Nevertheless, over 80% of the used vaccine batches did not contradict with the EnceVir® instruction manual in terms of the number of side effects.
