On the experimental model of generalized amyloidosis with the first orally as a therapeutic and prophylactic melatonin as a drug melaxen, studied histostructural and immunological changes in the organs and tissues in the golden Syrian hamsters. Based on the positive results of the study, the authors concluded that on the one hand melaxen possessing antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing effect, reduces damage to vascular endothelium and formation of a plasma component of amyloid, which contributes to the regulation of thrombus equilibrium, one of the major factors stabilizing homeostasis. On the other hand, limiting the possibility of transforming cells macrophage-endothelial system and lymphoid tissue in amyloid listed melaxen has a vast impact on amyloidogenesis thus reducing the intensity of the accumulation of fibrillar amyloid protein in organs and tissues.
Single subdermal introduction of mixture native human plasma with Freund's adjuvant in equal proportions for 0,1 ml to 5 points of the development of the nephropathic type of generalized amyloidosis; expressed proteinuria, reduction of the dates electrolito and water excretory function of kidneys, activation of lipid peroxidation. Simultaneous administration of native human plasma together with Freund's adjuvant and galavit leads to a significant recovery the dates electrolito and water excretory functions of kidneys, reduce lipid peroxidation and also causes reduction the level of proteinuria.
To create the model of nephropatical type of experimental systemic amyloidosis in Syrian hamsters was used method of single subcutaneous introduction mixture native human plasma with Freund's adjuvant in equal proportions for 0,1 ml to 5 points. Showed, that a single injection of this mixture leads to functionally and morphological confirmed nephropatical type of systemic amyloidosis.
To create the model of nephropathic type in Syrian hamsters' generalized amyloidosis the method of injecting native human plasma subcutaneously within 60 days at 0.05 mg/kg of body weight was applied. The injection of native human plasma leads to functionally and morphologically confirmed nephropathic type of generalized amyloidosis.
