The article presents the results of analysis of statistical data and medical cases of women with urogenital tuberculosis, examined at the Republic's clinical TB dispensary in Ulan-Ude (Buryat Respublic) in the 2008-2012. It was shown that in accordance with hospital register the genital TB incidence and the rate of infertility associated with tuberculosis in Buryats and Russian patients are similar.
The paper presents the results of a retrospective analysis of reproductive and thyroid status in 1339 women (aged 27-45years) living in Eastern Siberia. 134 Mongoloid (Buryat) women and 1205 Caucasians (Russian women): 81 % women of infertile couples, 19 % of healthy women (control group) were established. High rates of hypothyroidism (18 %) in women with hyperprolactinemia and thyroid autoimmunity (7.9 and 7.2 %) in women with uterine fibroids, endometriosis and infertility, living in the Irkutsk region, was found. This study confirms the role of thyroid dysfunction in reproductive disorders. The median TSH in women with infertility Caucasians (Russian women) significantly exceeded the performance of TSH in the control group, especially in women with uterine fibroids and endometriosis. The median of FT4, the biologically active part of total thyroxin, in infertile women were in the range of reference values, were significantly lower than median of FT4 in the control group. In women with infertility, living in the Republic of Buryatia, thyroid disease was found in 2 times less compared to a resident of the Irkutsk region (14.1 % and 35 %; P (χ 2 ) 2 ) > 0,05), in the structure of the thyroid diseases, in certain hormones concentrations TSH and FT4 in Russian and Buryat women with infertility, which requires further study. Discriminant analysis found the significance of changes in thyroid hormone for infertility in different ethnic groups: for infertile and fertile Russian women, living in the Republic of Buryatia, informative signs are indicators of TSH; for infertile and fertile Buryat women FT4; for women Caucasians with infertility, uterine fibroids and endometriosis, living in the Irkutsk region T3 and T4.
Serum lipoperoxidation variables were studied in 117 Buryat and Russian women with endocrine infertility. We found elevation of final lipoperoxidation substances in the most of infertile patients. In such case, decreasing of total antioxidative activity, tocopherol level and superoxide dismutase activity were found mostly in the buryat women with infertility.
The study involved 50 women with primary and secondary infertility of Buryat ethnic groups living in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia. It is noted that in patients with primary infertility changes in lipid peroxidation are more pronounced, which is accompanied by decrease in blood total antioxidant activity, superoxide dismutase activity and α-tocopherol level.
The article presents the frequency characteristics of polymorphisms *A *B *C, *D GSTP1 gene in women with endometriosis and healthy Russian and Buryat ethnic groups. The study shows that in the group of Russian AC genotype is more common in healthy women compared with patients with endometriosis (p = 0,02). Mutant allele *B was significantly more common among Russian women with endometriosis, compared with a group of Buryat with endometriosis (p = 0,05).
The article presents the results of study of female infertility structure in 104 Buryat patients and in 144 Russian patients. According to the policlinic statistics of infertility causes endocrine infertility was on the first place, tubal-peritoneal infertility was the second, and. the uterine factor was on the 3 rd place. It was shown that in Buryat women the uterine factor of infertility was diagnosed more frequently than in Russian. The main cause of endocrine infertility in both ethnic groups was an ovarian dysfunction, followed by PCOS and adrenal hyperandrogenism among Russian women. In the Buryat population hyperprolactinemia was on the second р.lace. The increase of final products of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant deficiency was shown both in two populations of patients.
The article presents results of 1300 survey analysis of women of reproductive age, which was held in Ulan-Ude, the analysis shows that some identified health and social factors negatively affect reproductive health.
In this article the results of endocrine infertility causes investigation in 110 women of reproductive age from infertile couples (60 Russian and 50 Buryat women) are presented. It is shown that endocrine infertility is often associated with tube and. peritoneal pathology (25,45 %) tube peritoneal and uterine factors (11,81 %) and with uterine factor only (10,9 %). There were no any differences in endocrine infertility causes structure depending on the ethnicity of patients.
The article is concerned the reproductive health problems of men in Republic of Buryatia: 204 Buryat and 358 Russian men from infertile couples. The data on the sperm abnormalities frequency and infertility causes structure in Buryat and Russian men are contributed. The role of hormonal disturbances in men with sperm abnormalities is shown taking into account the ethnicity of patients.
