The unified techniques of spectrophotometric determination of dexamethazone in solution and of cyclophosphan in lyophilizated pulvis are developed. Optimum conditions of definition in standardized test solution and bioliquids are found: for dexamethazone solvent of 0,9% a solution of sodium chloride, analytical length of a wave 249 nanometers for cyclophosphan solvent of 96% ethyl alcohol, analytical length of a wave 211 nanometers.
A rapid procedure for determining angiotensin II in the blood by inverse voltammetry using a TA-2 device (Tekhnoanalit Company, Tomsk) with a graphite electrode has been developed. The results of analyses using the proposed technique agree with the clinical data. The rapid analytical procedure favors optimization of cardiotropic drug therapy.
Разработана экспресс-методика инверсионного вольтамперометрического определения ангиотензина II в крови на графитовом электроде на приборе ТА-2 (ООО НПП Техноаналит, Россия, Томск). Результаты анализа ангиотензина II по разработанной методике согласуются с клиническими данными и способствуют оптимизации терапии кардиопрепаратами.
