Literature data of native researchers about influence of adsorbent pore structure and pore dimensions on kinetics, activation energy and limiting stage nature are generalized. Data of native and foreign researchers about adsorption of a number of heavy metal cations (Ni(II), Co(II), Zn(II), Cu(II), Cd(II)), mixtures containing Cu(II), Zn(II) and anions (F -, Cr(VI)) on nature clay adsorbents are considered and generalized. Possibility of essential increase of specific adsorption of nature sorbents by their surface modification is shown.
Accumulation of electrolytic hydrogen with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) deposited on steel membrane and encapsulated by electrolytic iron layer with 10 nm thickness has been studied in 5 M KOH solution. Study was conducted by the electrochemical diffusion method, cyclic voltammetry and spectroscopy of electrochemical impedance. The weight percent of hydrogen storage in MWCNTs varies in the range of 4.5...5.6 % according to the electrochemical diffusion method. These results are qualitatively confirmed by the electrochemical impedance data.
Literature data about inhibitors of hydrogen sulfide corrosion of carbon steel including ones recommended in such conditions abroad are considered. Data about inhibitors-bactericides suppressing a growth and development of sulfate reducing bacteria and hydrogen sulfide producing are generalized.
Literature data characterizing physical properties of nano carbon materials and reasons of preferential application of composites on their base are generalized. Nature of acidic and basic oxide surface species, their positive and negative influence on possibility of application of such composites in the technological processes, directions of manages structure and concentration of surface particles is considered.
Hydrogen evolution reaction kinetics reaction on iron in aqueous HC1 solutions with constant ionic strength equal to 1 in m-nitrophenylbiguanidine (m-NPBG) presence is studied. At inducement of 0.5 mM m-NPBG there is a change of slow discharge by limiting surface diffusion that does not change at following increase of C m-NPBG by 2 times with further increase of C m-NPBG up to 5 mM the discharge becomes limiting again and presence of 10 mM m-NPBG results in intermediate values of hydrogen evolution reaction kinetic parameters. Hydrogen diffusion flux through the (st3) steel membrane does not depend on hydrogen evolution reaction limiting step nature.
Sorption of calcium cations by 95 % concentrate of Bondar deposit of Tambov region glauconite is studied from chloride solutions. Effect of initial calcium (II) concentration, sorption duration and sorbent mass at constant solution volume is estimated. Data about cation extraction depth, sorption isotherm, value of maximum specific adsorption, adsorption equilibrium constant, process rate and Gibbs free energy change is obtained.
