40jähriger Patient mit Periphlebitis retinae und Auftreten von Lungeninfarkten, Aphasie und höchstgradigen Gefäßstörungen an den unteren Extremi­ täten (manifeste Gangrän). Als Netzhauterscheinungen konnten eine bindegewebige Auflagerung auf der Papille und eine Einscheidung der grösseren Gefässe beobachtet werden. Keine Zeichen einer Stauungspapille oder eines vorausgegangenen ent­ zündlichen Sehnervenprozesses.
