An approach is presented which allows visual and quantitative trust assessment of composite multi-paper plots, where the results of the graphical representation of calculation or measurement results from different publications are compared. Using plots from the W@DIS IS collection, which characterize the continuum absorption, as an example, we show the procedure of construction of a composite multi-paper plot.
We describe the current state and technical characteristics of Tropospheric Ozone Research (TOR) station, created 25 years ago to monitor atmospheric composition, basic meteorological variables, and other parameters. The multiyear observations showed that the air quality on the territory of Akademgorodok in Tomsk has been substantially degraded since the creation and development of the Special Economic Zone on its territory.
Properties of data published on the spectral line parameters for deutero-substituted isotopologues of the hydrogen sulfide molecule (HDS, HD 34 S, D 2 S, and D 2 34 S) are described. Most properties follow from the results of vacuum wavenumber quality analysis. Two applications used for the data quality analysis in W@DIS information system are described. The results of computer-based data quality analysis of vacuum wavenumbers are completed by the expert evaluation of the quality of the same data set. The rotation-vibrational transitions and energy levels of deutero-substituted isotopologues of the hydrogen sulfide molecule are imported into the database; their properties are collected in the knowledge base and available in the W@DIS information system (http://wadis.saga.iao.ru/).
Systematization of information resources in quantitative spectroscopy is performed using the methanol molecule as an example and applying the facilities of the W@DIS information system (W@DIS IS). The choice of quantum numbers for a methanol state is explained; brief descriptions of about 40 publications containing spectral characteristics of methanol and the description of main applications of W@DIS IS are given. The interfaces used for the analysis of consistency of wavenumbers in all data sources are described, as well as the interface of the application for forming the list of measured transitions.
The paper presents a description of properties of published spectral data on spectral lines' parameters of sulfur dioxide molecule and its isotopologues. These data were acquired from more than 150 publications for a period of 50 years. Data properties as well as data sources classification according to validity and trust criteria are presented in a form of an ontological knowledge base on information resources. Data source properties values are computed during the assessment of validity and trust(1). Published ro-vibrational transitions, energy levels, spectral lines' parameters, knowledge base on information resources of sulfur dioxide molecule and its isotopologues are available in the Internet accessible information system W@DIS (http://wadis.saga.iao.ru/).
This is a continuation of a series of papers on the systematization of spectroscopic information on a number of atmospheric molecules (H2O [1], H2S [2], NH3 [3], CO2 [4], etc). The purpose of this work is to develop a database and a knowledge base of phospine isotopologues. The data imported from publications are validated. The technical aspect of the systematization implies its representation in the form of ontology (logical theory) that provides an automatic check for the consistency of classes and class attribution of individuals. Individuals in the knowledge base describe the properties of the published spectral line parameters.
