In the review are presented a modern data about vasculitis, are given a classifications of defeat of vessels, are characterised a features of vascular dysfunction at an infectious pathology, are described the basic pathogenetic mechanisms of their development, is proved the differentiated appointment of vascular preparations in complex pathogenetic therapy of infectious diseases.
