精准就业扶贫可以有效帮助贫困户实现转移性就业,获得稳定的增收,达到持续脱贫的目的,因此是当前精准扶贫工作的重点.河北省巨鹿县紧密结合实际,针对不同贫困主体提出了五大精准就业扶贫模式,并取得一定成效.目前,巨鹿县的就业扶贫工作对就业扶贫对象的精准识别、就业扶贫技能培训的开展、就业扶贫信息的传递以及贫困主体思想文化素质的提升提出了更高的要求.为进一步做好当地就业扶贫工作,应动态识别就业扶贫对象,细化贫困户收支条目;加强政企合作,进行多维度评估;畅通信息传播,加强双向沟通;扶贫扶志结合,重视思想帮扶.
In a scientific research network, to determine the influence of an academic research, a key is to build and evaluate properties of its cited references or co-author networks. To analyze 18,000 lines of original data from Problem C given in 2014 MCM/ICM (Mathematical Contest In Modeling /Interdisciplinary Contest In Modeling), the Pajek software was used with obtaining a result that correlations among those 511 authors are not strong. Then, to get each author's ranking of academic influence, the AuthorRank algorithm was introduced and adopted. In requirement 3, to evaluate the given 16 essays, five indexes were chosen: Cited rate, H5-index, IF (impact factor), H-index and I10-index. Using the entropy method and Matlab software, the comprehensive values of each paper for their influence are obtained. Finally, to further verify the feasibility of the AuthorRank algorithm, 5,000 lines of data concerned with relationships in DouBan is gathered and analyzed in our study.

Further, as part of a scientific team including Doug McLean, Megumu Yoshimine, and Paul Bagus, Bowen Liu made IBM San Jose a powerful research center for the study of molecular quantum mechanics.
Foreign student education is an important task in medical colleges and universities.Clinical neurology teaching is very difficult because of its complex discipline.Neurologists in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University summarized and analyzed the common problems including the training of teachers' ability to use language,teaching of basic subjects,clinical skills training,promotion of patients' compliance and implementation of regular tests so as to provide references for improving the quality of neurology teaching.
This study aimed to analyze and classify the clinical features of headache in neurological outpatients. A cross-sectional study was conducted consecutively from March to May 2010 for headache among general neurological outpatients attending the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Personal interviews were carried out and a questionnaire was used to collect medical records. Diagnosis of headache was according to the International classification of headache disorders, 2nd edition (ICHD-II). Headache patients accounted for 19.5% of the general neurology clinic outpatients. A total of 843 (50.1%) patients were defined as having primary headache, 454 (27%) secondary headache, and 386 (23%) headache not otherwise specified (headache NOS). For primary headache, 401 (23.8%) had migraine, 399 (23.7%) tension-type headache (TTH), 8 (0.5%) cluster headache and 35 (2.1%) other headache types. Overall, migraine patients suffered (1) more severe headache intensity, (2) longer than 6 years of headache history and (3) more common analgesic medications use than TTH ones (p < 0.001). TTH patients had more frequent episodes of headaches than migraine patients, and typically headache frequency exceeded 15 days/month (p < 0.001); 22.8% of primary headache patients were defined as chronic daily headache. Almost 20% of outpatient visits to the general neurology department were of headache patients, predominantly primary headache of migraine and TTH. In outpatient headaches, more attention should be given to headache intensity and duration of headache history for migraine patients, while more attention to headache frequency should be given for the TTH ones.
Firewall played an important role as a tool that protects the network of the enterprise. On optimizing firewall policy, firewalls can filter packets effectively and improve the performance of firewalls. Otherwise, if a firewall policy is not written properly, firewall will easily become a fatal point of network attacks. In this paper, we first propose a statistical model that statistic packets which go into or out of networks using non-parameter statistic theory. Based on this model, we then propose an algorithm that optimizes the rule ordering of a firewall which can improve the performance of a firewall obviously. We will prove this through our experiment.
Recently, the Web has been the data repository. In order to obtain the relevant information from the repository, many research have been made. The typical function of Web news extraction is to locate the useful content text and filter the noises , both main issues result in Web news extraction that is an open research problem. In this paper , we describe an approach that can cluster the pages which share common extracting path and automatically extract location of main text passages. Our approach can apply to structural Web pages . Moreover, we developed an extracting system by using our algorithm. Experiments are done over several important on-line news sites and experimental results on our extracting system show that the approach can achieve higher extraction accuracy than RTDM algorithm.
The configuration interaction (CI) method is applied to calculate the potential curve for linear symmetric H3. The configurations are constructed from pseudo-natural orbitals in order to improve the convergence of the CI expansion. The computed barrier energy is 10.1 kcal. This is an upper bound and has a probable error of 0.5 kcal. The method used in this calculation is critically evaluated and specifications of a projected calculation to reduce the error to less than 0.2 kcal are given.
In recent years, the explicit semantic analysis (ESA) method has got a good performance in computing semantic relatedness (SR). However, ESA method has failed to consider the given context of the word-pair, and generates the same semantic concepts for one word in different word-pairs. It canpsilat exactly determine the intended sense of an ambiguous word. In this paper, we propose an improved method for computing semantic relatedness. Our technique, the self-adaptive explicit semantic analysis (SAESA), is unique in that it generates corresponding concepts to express the intended meaning for the word, according to the different words being compared and the different context. Experimental results on WordSimilarity-353 benchmark dataset show that the proposed method are superior to those of existing methods, the correlation of computed result with human judgment has an improvement from r = 0.74 to 0.81.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the most effective daily dose and use method of mannitol in reducing intracranial pressure in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage.METHODS:One hundred and eighteen cerebral hemorrhage patients with elevated intracranial pressure, 74 males and 44 females, aged (58 +/- 11) (33-80), that had undergone cranial CT scanning to calculate the volume of hemorrhage, were divided into 4 groups treated with 20% mannitol 125 ml: 32 cases treated q 4 h, 35 cases treated q 6 h, 25 cases treated q 8 h, and 26 cases treated q 12 h. The everyday doses of mannitol were recorded. Intracranial pressure was monitored daily by NIP-200 noninvasive intracranial pressure apparatus. The difference between the very day and that of the last day (effect of decreasing intracranial pressure per day) was calculated. Multivariate regression analysis was conducted.RESULTS:The average saturation dosage of mannitol was 750-6000 (3504 +/- 1085) ml, the time from the hospitalization till the saturation dosage was 1-8 (4.5 +/- 1.5) d. The average intracranial pressure at admission was 330-698 (486 +/- 93) mm H2O, the average intracranial pressure when mannitol reached the saturation dosage was 160-378 (253 +/- 52) mm H2O. The effect of reduction of intracranial pressure was not associated with age (P > 0.05). The effects of reducing intracranial pressure in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th day were associated with the volume of hematoma and mannitol doses (all P < 0.01). Best effects of reducing the intracranial pressure in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th day could be reached when 20% mannitol 125 ml was used every 4 hours.CONCLUSIONS:Mannitol use every 4 hours per day has evident effect of reducing the intracranial pressure in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th day, then mannitol should be used temporarily according to the intracranial pressure after the 5th day. Mannitol should not be used for more than 8 days.
Objective To study the relationship of decreasing intracranial pressure with mannitol dose and other factors so as to deduce the individual dosage.Methods The intracranial pressure of 72 patients was monitored daily by NIP-200 noninvasive intracranial pressure apparatus.The effect of decreasing intracranial pressure,the corresponding mannitol dose,gender,age,bleeding part and volume of hematoma were recorded.These data were applied for multivariate regression analysis,then the influencing factors were applied for analysis of multiple covariance.Results The reduction of intracranial pressure was found no statistic significance with gender,age(P0.05),but statistically related to bleeding part,volume of hematoma and mannitol dose(P0.05).The reduction of intracranial pressure of supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage by mannitol was better than that of subtentorial intracerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion We can calculate the individual mannitol doses according to patients' bleeding part,volume of hematoma and the highest intracranial pressure when hospitalized.
The spermatogenesis associated 4 gene (SPATA4, previously named TSARG2) was first cloned in human tissues and was reported to be a candidate spermatocyte apoptosis-related gene that is expressed specifically in testis. Analysis of SPATA4 expression and regulation in zebra fish may provide insight into the understanding of the complicated process of gonadogenesis. In this study, we cloned and characterized the SPATA4 gene from zebra fish (Danio rerio), which is homologous to human and mouse SPATA4. Zebra fish SPATA4 consists of six exons separated by five introns, as all SPATA4 genes in vertebrates. A promoter region was predicted using homologous blast and cloned for further study, and possible transcription factors were analyzed in this region. The putative protein encoded by this gene was analyzed using bioinformatics methods. Multi-tissue RT-PCR results demonstrated that the zebra fish SPATA4 gene is expressed specifically in testis and slightly in ovary. Analysis of the SPATA4 sequence and its spatial expression pattern indicate that this gene is highly conserved and may play an important role in the process of zebra fish gonadogenesis.
Gonadogenesis is a complicated process which involves multi-gene interactions. A rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) gene spermatogenesis associated 4 (SPATA4) was cloned and characterized from adult rainbow trout testis. The cDNA sequence of rainbow trout SPATA4 contains an open reading frame of 1, 081 nucleatides encoding a putative protein of 259 amino acids. The putative protein from rainbow trout shares a 76.8% homology with zebrafish SPATA4. No trans-membrane regions or signal peptide were detected using bioinformatics methods. Subcellular localization analysis revealed that rainbow trout SPATA4 was a nuclear protein with highest possibility (39.1%). Multi-tissue reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) was performed to examine the distribution of rainbow trout SPATA4 in eleven organs of adult rainbow trout. The result demonstrated that this gene express specifically in testis and slight amount of expression was detected in ovary. Further analysis of SPATA4 characterization and function in rainbow trout may provide insight into the understanding of gonadogenesis process.
Full-length cDNA sequences of four novel SPATA4 genes in chimpanzee, cow, chicken and ascidian were identified by bioinformatic analysis using mouse or human SPATA4 cDNA fragment as electronic probe. All these genes have 6 exons and have similar protein molecular weight and do not localize in sex chromosome. The mouse SPATA4 sequence is identified as significantly changed in cryptorchidism, which shares no significant homology with any known protein in swissprot databases except for the homologous genes in various vertebrates. Our searching results showed that all SPATA4 proteins have a putative conserved domain DUF1042. The percentages of putative SPATA4 protein sequence identity ranging from 30 % to 99 %. The high similarity was also found in 1 kb promoter regions of human, mouse and rat SPATA4 gene. The similarities of the sequences upstream of SPATA4 promoter also have a high proportion. The results of searching SymAtlas (http://symatlas.gnf.org/SymAtlas/) showed that human SPATA4 has a high expression in testis, especially in testis interstitial, leydig cell, seminiferous tubule and germ cell. Mouse SPATA4 was observed exclusively in adult mouse testis and almost no signal was detected in other tissues. The pI values of the protein are negative, ranging from 9.44 to 10.15. The subcellular location of the protein is usually in the nucleus. And the signal peptide possibilities for SPATA4 are always zero. Using the SNPs data in NCBI, we found 33 SNPs in human SPATA4 gene genomic DNA region, with the distribution of 29 SNPs in the introns. CpG island searching gives the data about CpG island, which shows that the regions of the CpG island have a high similarity with each other, though the length of the CpG island is different from each other. This research is a fundamental work in the fields of the bioinformational analysis, and also put forward a new way for the bioinformatic analysis of other genes.
Rat SPATA4 gene, homologue to the human and mouse SPATA4 gene, expressed specifically in the rat testis was cloned by informatics analysis. The cDNA mapped to chromosome 16 in the rat genome is made up of 6 exons and the exon-intron boundaries obey to the AG/GT rule. The gene contains a 972 bp open reading frame encoding 323 amino acid sequences with theoretical molecular weight of 36.64 KD and isoelectric point of 9.65. One CpG island is located in the gene from site -200 to +198. A typical promoter is also predicted from site -630 to +101. According to the computer-aided analysis of the putative protein encoded by the rat SPATA4, no transmembrane region and no signal peptides are found in the protein. Multi-tissue RT-PCR results show that the SPATA4 gene is expressed specifically in the testis only. Moreover, the expression of SPATA4 occurs in a development stage-dependent pattern. According to the RT-PCR results, no expression of SPATA4 is detected until the rat is 30 d old after birth. The amount of SPATA4 mRNA increases from 30-d to 65-d-old rat and then keeps stable after that. In conclusion, this study proves the conservation of SPATA4 in mammalian animals and predicts its important role in spermatogenesis.
A large multi-exciter panel speaker has been constructed in this work. In order to achieve the best design, an optimization procedure using the genetic algorithm (GA) has been developed. A total numerical model was first established for simulation, where the electrical system, the mechanical system, and the acoustical coupling in the panel speaker are accounted for within a coupled framework. Performance indices including the frequency response, the sound power, and the directional response are calculated. The simulation model also serves as the basis for the optimal design that aims at achieving omni-directional responses at high efficiencies. A GA-based optimization scheme was exploited to search for the positions of exciters and the delays of input signals which render the optimal performance. The optimal design was verified by experimental investigations. The results indicate that the optimal configuration indeed produced better performance in terms of efficiency and omni-directionality than the non-optimal one.

The C3H7+ potential energy surface (PES) is investigated using sophisticated ab initio quantum chemical calculations. All structures are fully optimized at the correlated MP2/6-311 G(dp) level of theory. The C3H7+ potential energy surface is characterized by three classes of stationary points, corresponding to the 2-propyl cation, protonated cyclopropane and the 1-propyl cation. While for the first two species conformers representing minimum structures could be identified, no minimum was located for 1-propyl cation. Instead, the two 1-propyl cation structures are saddle points for carbon and of the hydrogen 2-propyl cation scrambling reactions. The global C3H7+ minimum is the chiral, C2-symmetric conformer of the 2-propyl cation, which lies 7.2 kcal/mol below the second C3H7+ Minimum, i.e. asymmetrically corner-protonated cyclopropane. In both species, methyl rotation is practically free. The two 1-propyl-cation like saddle points are 19.3 and 20.5 kcal/mol above the global minimum. By comparison of the theoretical and experimental C-13-NMR and IR spectra of 2-propyl cation, the C2-symmetric structure is identified as the structure present in solution. The preference of the unexpected, twisted geometry of this cation can be attributed to stabilizing hyperconjugation. The proton affinities and heats of formation of the various C3H7+ species are computed and compared to the experimental data.
