Change trends of land use/cover change(LUCC) in heavy polluted area of Taihu Lake Basin were analyzed based on remote sensing image from 1999 to 2007.Ecosystem service dynamic of these land use/cover was investigated.The results show that cultivated land area in study area decreased from 2 033.53km2 in 1999 to 1 401.04 km2in 2007,while the area of forest land,construction land and water increased.Reducing cultivated land converted to construction land.Ecosystem service of heavy polluted area in Taihu Lake Basin decreased from 1999 to 2007 and the total ecosystem services value in study area decreased 2.4×108yuan.Value of different ecosystem service item presented decreased trend excluding gas regulation and raw materials.
By the analysis of 1999 and 2007 remote sensing image,the main land use of heavy polluted in Taihu Lake Basin was achieved and the trends of land use/cover change(LUCC) and their driving force were analyzed in the last 8 years.The result indicated that: from 1999 to 2007,in heavy polluted Tiahu Lake Basin,the cultivated land decreased,while forest land,construction land and waters increased.And the reducing cultivated land converted to the construction land.The main driving force affecting the land use structure changes is economic development,rapid urbanization,growing population and policy factors.Economic development and growing population are the key factors in LUCC.
The development actuality and policy of the steel industry in China have been analyzed in this paper.Taken the Sha-Steel Group for example, the authors analyzed the problem of the former production equipment,pollution control and the existing technological progress,and investigated the effective approach of energy saving & pollutant reduction in steel industry.Finally,the authors presented the construction mode of cyclic economy system in steel industry and the practice of Sha-Steel Group has been proved that this mode was effective.
The technical points of planning environmental impact assessment (PEIA) varied with different region and industry,because the different industries have different impact on ecological environment. In this paper,we analyzed the characteristics of tourism planning on the practice of EIA in National Tourism Resort of Suzhou Taihu Lake. On the base of this practice,we also discussed the technical points of EIA in tourism planning,such as establishment of identification and indicator system in EIA,analyse of programming solution,carrying capacity of regional environment and capacity of sustainable development. Finally,we presented the technical method and key points for drawing up EIA of tourism planning.
