我院自1989年1月～1998年7月应用显微技术断指再植术120例共计138指,术后发生血管危象24例,其中动脉危象14例,静脉危象10例,其中10例采用HBO治疗,获得较好的效果,现报告如下.

Purpose:To sum up experiences about clinical application of microsurgery in the department of orthopedics.Methods:Microsurgical technique was used to treat 512 cases of severed fingers or extremities,bony defects,composite tissue defects and injuries and/or defects of nerves and vessels.Results:501 cases recorvered without any aftereffect,the cure rate was 97.8%.Conclusion:Satisfactory results are achieved by means of applying microsurgical technique in the department of orthopedics.
