According to extended manufacturing was a new networked manufacturing model, which was oriented to armament and another complex products, a construction method of extended manufacturing alliance was proposed. The concept of networked manufacturing coupling was presented, and the construction process of extended alliance based on rising coupling and dropping coupling strategies was proposed; The correlation of extended tasks was analyzed, and dropping coupling decomposition was realized. The correlation of extended resources was analyzed, the optimization objective of resource allocation was determined, and extended resources rising coupling allocation was realized. At last, the application of aircraft on the extended manufacturing platform was described, and feasibility and applicability of the method of the extended alliance construction were verified.
在快速扩散制造模式下,为了使发放到扩散企业的工艺数据能够有效地指导扩散件的生产,提出一种基于知识融合的定型工艺调整方法.首先分析扩散制造工艺设计知识内涵,然后基于本体和规则对扩散制造工艺设计知识进行表达,并在此基础上构建扩散制造工艺调整模型,最后给出基于工艺知识元推理的知识融合策略.在某航天企业的实施验证表明,该方法有效地提高了扩散件工艺的适应性,保证了扩散制造模式的顺利实施.
According to the particularity of extended manufacturing which is a tight coupled networked manufacturing model, a selection method of extended manufacturing units oriented key parts was put forward. In the view of manufacturing process, the key parts PPR model was constructed; on the basis of the model, the flow of matching degree algorithm between the manufacturing requirements and the manufacturing capability was designed; the reconfiguration characteristics of process and manufacturing units were analyzed, and based on information entropy theory, the measurement of complexity degree of extended manufacturing reconfiguration was carried out. At last, an instance was provided to testify the validity of the selection method of manufacturing units.
In the rapid extended manufacturing mode,in order to extend the bottleneck tasks effectively,improve the productivity and reduce the production costs,we use the concept of agents to establish the management model of rapid extended manufacturing resource and use workflow technology to handle the coordination and collaboration among agents in the manufacturing process.A specific system using Java language is developed on the JADE platform to carry out the experimental verification.
For the feature of complex weapon manufacturing on internet, a coupling model is proposed. By using the model, the correlation between manufacturing cells in an extended manufacturing organization can be evaluated quantitatively, so an appropriate control plan is determined. A strategy to improve and reduce the coupling relationship of the organization is studied. A correlation matrix of extended tasks is built to analyze the relationship between sub-tasks and manufacturing resources. An optimization method for manufacturing resource configuration is presented based on the coupling model. Finally, a software system for analyzing coupling model about manufacturing organization on internet is developed, and the result shows that the coupling model is effective.

Firstly, through comparison of extended manufacturing and normal networked manufacturing, the necessity of extended tasks planning was analyzed. Secondly, The definition of extended tasks 2--dimensional correlation and its evaluation criterion oriented extended manufacturing were given, and the extended task correlation matrix was established, by which complicated correlation including material transferring and correlation degree of extended tasks was described; then extended tasks were decomposed u- sing PSO algorithm, and sets of extended tasks were generated. At last, the application process of the extended task modeling and decomposition was discussed.
A method for constructing an association ship among different sub-tasks in rapid extended manufacturing for weapon production was studied,the paper put forward a way to build associated network model of sub-tasks in the extended manufacturing system,and defined a multi-view model of extended sub-tasks(EST) based on structure,function,process,and management.A principle on how to analyze the association of EST was given,which can complete qualitative and quantitative analyses of different size of EST.Finally,a case was given to validate the validity of the method.
According to the new model of networked manufacturing—Extend Manufacturing that takes complex product as application object, the relation between the coupling of the extend manufacturing process and the correlation of manufacturing resources was studied; the possibility for cooperation was analyzed from the perspective of the manufacturing enterprises strength and the relationship between them, then vertical correlation and horizontal correlation were established, and the evaluation criterion of correlation was given; on this basis, correlated degree matrix was established; the clusters of extend enterprises which have stronger correlation were obtained by hierarchical clustering algorithm; at last, this method was applied successfully to extend enterprises, and qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted for the correlation of extend manufacturing resources.
In rapid extended manufacturing mode, in order to find a suitable extended manufacturing resources quickly and accurately, a Multi-Agent-based flexible structure was designed and implemented to support the proliferation of manufacturing resource discovery and selection. The proliferation of manufacturing resource optimization model, the agent agreement, as well as consultations among the information exchange agreements were also discussed. A specific system was developed on the JADE platform to validate the formal discussion.

An ontology based data description norm of web parts library is proposed.With the help of parts family and article characteristics table,the framework is built to solve the problem of parts data sharing and reusing.The generic and simple parts family is used to build the hierarchy and the article characteristics table is used to store the information of parts instances.Through the expansion of ontology library,the dynamic expansion of web parts library is realized.
