本文针对高校的教育、科研、生产和生活用电的特点,对存在的主要问题,提出了建立综合运用管理、运行安全、运行监管、运行维护等要素建立供电集成一体化、智能化的能源管理信息系统平台,为优化供电系统资源配置、安全运行、节能增效和技术改造的决策,提供科学的依据,从而进一步优化高校的电力保障系统.
智能路灯控制系统拟解决由于路灯分散的控制方式和日常的维护滞后所造成的路灯无法统一开启/关闭时间,设备维护不及时等问题.本文以智能路灯控制系统建设的必要性,系统设计的原则和目标,结合校内实际情况,设计优化路灯控制系统的逻辑和结构.通过路灯系统的硬件改造,控制系统界面的设计,形成智能路灯控制系统的整体设计.最后,通过实际使用验证,使智能路灯控制系统,实现实时观察校园各处的路灯照明情况,实现实时对路灯的启闭时间进行统一调整,在节约路灯电费开支的同时,能及时发现和维护损坏的路灯,全面提高日常管理效率,为创建智慧校园打下基础.
With EnergyPlus,the simulation model of new energy-efficient apartment and traditional apartment were built to analyse air conditioning load and annual power consumption of the two apartments,and the energy saving effect of heat recovery ventilation(HRV).Simulation results showed that,in climate condition of Shanghai(hot summer and cold winter zone),the air conditioning load of new energy-efficient apartment with insulation building envelope was much lower than that of traditional apartment.Compared with traditional apartment,the annual power consumption of new energy-efficient apartment was reduced by 16.3%.And compared with normal ventilation,the annual energy saving rate by HRV was 16.2%,while more energy was saved during winter than summer.
Owing to the inherent nonlinear characteristics of the power system loads,solutions of the gradient search based technique may stall at the local optimal points,which lead to high forecasting error.A hybrid method based on evolutionary algorithm and particle swarm optimization(HPSO) to identify the auto-regressive and moving average with exogenous variables(ARMAX) is proposed.HPSO introduces evolutionary algorithm into particle swarm optimization(PSO),thus can get higher precision and faster convergence speed without changing the structure of PSO. The proposed method has been tested on the Shanghai power system,and the results show that the proposed approach can achieve great accuracy.
To correct the relatively big errors caused by climatic factors,human being intervention is often needed in the short-term load forecasting to improve forecasting results.By analyzing the co-relationships between climatic factors and electric loads,an experience based model correction method is proposed.Correction models and software corresponding to the humidity,rainfall,temperature,and air pressure conditions respectively are developed.Test results show that the proposed model has a high level precision due to the consideration of climate factors.
Even WinCC is powerful in controlling and monitoring,it could only run under Windows. So, it is impossible for it to exchange data directly with other Linux processes. The paper gave a solution to realize the data exchange between WinCC on local PC and another Linux process on remote PC.
文章提出了一个基于VRML文件的立体显示平台,实现了一个支持VRML文件立体显示的浏览器.该浏览器包括VRML文件的解析以及立体显示两大部份,立体显示部分采用目前通用的3D图形API标准OpenGL实现.该系统采用面向对象技术构建,因此具有良好的可扩展性.该平台使VRML与虚拟现实技术得到更进一步的结合,从而使VRML在企业产品发布,电子商务等领域具有更广泛的应用.
