We studied the dependence of the direction of conversions for salts of angular 7,12-dihydro-5H-isoquino[2,3-a]quinazolin-5-one on temperature and the nature of the anion: heating in high-boiling solvents leads either to aromatization of the heterosystem or to the rearrangement product, the linear 6,11-dihydro-13H-isoquino[3,2-b]quinazolin-13-one. When its hydrobromide is heated in high-boiling solvents, along with dimerization of the linear isomers, processes of oxidation at the positions 6 and 11 of the heterosystem occur. The dimer obtained in the reaction with morpholine is readily cleaved, with formation of a 6-(4-morpholyl)-substituted linear compound.
The Authors report a case of cleft interesting the lower lip and mandible with a sternal cleft. This association is exceptional, it was described in three world cases to this day. At this occasion, a review of the literature is realized, in particular concerning the associated malformatives anomalies and the therapeutic behaviour. It seems to us indispensable to realize an early reconstruction, specially bone correction, and to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to obtain a good result and a better social incorporation of the child.
ABSTRACT Reactive systems involve communication, concurrency and preemption Few mod - els support these three concepts, even less can correctly deal with their coexistence The synchronous paradigm allows a rigourous approach to this problem, crucial to reactive systems This paper analyzes the underlying hypotheses of the synchronous approach Re - active behaviors are characterized A new visual model (SYNCCHARTS) is then pro - posed This graphical model is fully compatible with the imperative synchronous lan - guage ESTEREL and is specially convenient to express complex reactive behaviors
The reactions induced in 206Pb by 3He particles having energies between 80 and 200 MeV have been studied. Excitation functions for (3He, xn) with x = 3 to 14 and for (3He, p xn) with x = 2 to 5 have been obtained. Angular distributions of fission fragments were measured at 100, 125, 150 and 175 MeV and total fission cross-sections were deduced from the data. On the basis of these results, analysis is attempted to examine the characteristics of reaction mechanisms. From these results we get the conclusion that non-compound processes play an important role in the reactions. Two features are characteristic of these processes : large cross-sections for charged particle emission and angular distribution of fission fragments closed to isotropy in the laboratory system. In the energy range 25 to 45 MeV/nucleon, a comparison was made between the present results and those from an experimental study of α-particle induced reactions on 206Pb. Also a comparison was made with an α-nucleus collision model applied to 206Pb. All the observations strongly suggest a breakup of the projectile 3He followed by the interactions of the fragments with the target nucleus.
