Circulating ratio of mill separator of pulverized coal system is the key parameter that reflects whether economic operation of pulverized coal system.To master the optimum circulating ratio,an on-line real-time measuring and monitoring pulverized coal flow system,which can measure and monitor return flow of pulverized coal from separator and the output of mill as well as circulating ratio real time on line was introduced.The optimum-circulating ratio of mill separator was gained by adjusting vented air flow of mill,then the coarse particle returned flow of mill separator and vented air flow can be reduced,energy consumption and flue exhaust gas heat loss can be decreased.Practical application shows that this system can realized the energy saving and emission reducing of coal fired power plant.
Owing to worsening coal quality,the dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system of a 300 MW unit can't be in normal operation,making the output capacity of said ash conveying system to be increased,the transporting stability of said system to be decreased,the margin of compressed air used for transportation in the said system to be reduced,the back-pressure in ash bunker to be enhanced,and the wornout of the said system to be intensified.The above-mentioned problems have been analysed,and corresponding solving measures being put forward.
