工程教育认证是现代高等教育专业认证必须遵循的标准.以成果为导向,围绕学生进行课程目标达成和持续改进是实现工程教育认证的必备手段.文章以航站楼自动化技术与系统专业特色课程为例,分别从面向民航行业特色的课程大纲制定、讲义编写、教学过程改进和课程目标达成与持续改进方面进行论述.通过上述研究实践,最终形成了面向工程教育自动化专业认证的航站楼自动化技术与系统内容体系和和教学实施方法,促使课程目标对专业毕业要求的达成.

The paper combines the idea of CDIO with the pilot training objectives of Civil Aviation University of China,reconstructs flight theory teaching system according to the engineering education model of CDIO,and endeavors to integrate theory with practice to improve application-based undergraduate teaching quality by introducing design-operation projects and providing simulated work environment.
