With the progression of age, the risk of falls in the elderly population escalates. Hip fractures are perceived as one of the most severe consequences of such falls and are often described as “the last fracture in one’s life,” with mortality rates reaching 20%−30% and accompanied by a significant rate of disability. To address this pressing issue, our study conducted an in-depth analysis of the mechanical properties of Artificial Cartilage Foam (ACF) and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). Based on this research, we devised a laminated structure where ACF acts as the outer layer, with CFRP positioned centrally, capitalizing on the material’s intrinsic shock-absorbing attributes. Building on this structure, based on this structure, a specialized protective clothing design tailored for the elderly to counteract age-related balance impairments is proposed. Furthermore, we undertook experiments to gage user anxiety levels and assess the wearability comfort of the attire. Our findings indicate that this protective garment can effectively absorb the impact energy generated during falls, significantly reducing the risk of injury in the elderly. Additionally, its ergonomic design helps alleviate the psychological distress elderly individuals may experience due to the fear of falling. This research presents an innovative and effective strategy for enhancing fall protection in the elderly demographic.
The economic recovery after the epidemic is very slow, the recovery of residents' consumption willingness and consumption ability is hindered, and clothing consumption as an optional consumption has been significantly affected. In this paper, the case analysis method is used to analyze the inventory of Heilan Home. The research finds that there are problems of high inventory balance and low inventory turnover in Heilan Home, and the deficiencies in business model, research and development investment, sales channels and too fast expansion are the causes of the problems. Further, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as doing a good job in market research, increasing investment in product research and development, strengthening online sales, and keeping close relationship with franchisees. In the case of increasingly fierce competition in the garment industry, this has certain reference significance for reducing the inventory pressure of the garment industry and enhancing the ability of enterprises to resist risks.
Deep-learning models have achieved state-of-the-art performances in a wide range of defect detection tasks. However, an inescapable criticism of one-stage fully supervised models is the lack of interpretability, which not only reduces the reliability of fabric defect detection systems but also limits the scope of their applications in production environments. To tackle the data imbalance and low interpretability of defect samples, we proposed a spatial cloze strategy for fabric defect detection, which reconstructs a local normal image and then feeds it into the detection model with the original image simultaneously. Specifically, we formulate the defect detection task as a novel image completion problem. Firstly, an end-to-end deep neural network is trained to finely restore the defect image by completing each image slice removed in sequence. Next, the progressive attention mechanism fuses the repaired normal image with the raw image, replacing the input layer of the cascade region-based convolutional neural network. Eventually, accurate instance-level defect segmentation can be obtained by comparing the repaired defect-free and the raw images. On the Tianchi dataset, the proposed method displays superior accuracy in 92% of defect classes, with a breakthrough in various categories that have hardly ever been detected. Extensive experiments on various complex fabric defect samples demonstrate that our strategy outperforms existing advanced methods.
Users’ Kansei image preferences have become one of the most important factors influencing purchase decisions. However, defining Kansei image can be complex. To address this issue, researchers have widely applied back-propagation neural networks due to their capacity to handle extensive data, adaptively adjust weights and biases, conduct multi-class classification and regression predictions, and offer interpretability analysis, among other features. In this study, a clothing-style design model based on users’ Kansei image cognition is proposed, using collarless T-shirts as an example. Furthermore, the attributes of T-shirt patterns are quantified using parametric graphics principles, and a semantic scale system for emotions is established through user research. The quantified sample data and corresponding semantic scale scores are then used as inputs for training a back-propagation neural network algorithm. Consequently, a design model grounded in users’ Kansei image cognition is developed, resulting in five optimal clothing design forms across various Kansei image categories. Additionally, the styles are showcased through the Style 3D platform, and the design evaluation is presented using radar charts. The results demonstrate that the five female T-shirt designs generated by the model align with users’ style preferences based on Kansei image.
The changes in technology have led to a synchronous change in the clothing design method, as well as media and artistic aesthetics in the same period. The intelligence algorithm is constantly increasing its participation in development and production in the clothing industry. In this study, a variety of intelligent algorithms, including the parameterised number state algorithm, Generative Adversarial Networks, and style transfer were introduced into the multi-links of clothing product design and development, such as clothing shape, print pattern, texture craft, product vision, and so on. Men, an innovative clothing design method based on the cooperation of the intelligent algorithm and various human functional roles was constructed. The method improves the efficiency of the multiple links of clothing design, such as generating 10000 printing patterns every 72.12 seconds, and completing the migration of 92.7 frames of the garment process style every second. To a certain extent, this study realizes the scale economy of clothing design and reduces its marginal cost through the unlimited computing power brought about by Moore's law of digital technology, which provides a reference for the exploration of clothing design in the era of industry 4.0.
This paper aims to improve the satisfaction and user experience of consumer clothing customization based on the functional requirements and weights of consumers for the clothing customization platform. First, the user journey map is used to analyze the process of consumers in the clothing customization platform, and summarize the pain points and needs. Second, the Kano model is used to categorize and rank user needs. By translating user needs into methods to improve the platform development, corresponding methods are obtained, such as strengthening the application of 3D digital technology and upgrading the online design service system. Finally, the development of the consumer clothing customization platform optimization is designed by the user’s need, to provide references for the optimization of the clothing customization platform.
Abstract In current society, smart clothing technology has become a critical way to improve the life quality of the elderly. This work conducted a category product evaluation and user demand system through the bibliometrics method, product evaluation analysis, focus group interviews and questionnaires. Based on the system, we designed smart clothing from the aspects of the clothing structure, hardware, software program and intelligent terminal platform to meet the needs of disabled elderly people and their caregivers in multiple scenarios. According to the test results of the smart clothing, the average error of temperature and humidity monitoring is 0.20°C and 2.88%RH. The time of putting on-taking off clothing in 6 representative daily scenarios was reduced by 51.67%. The daily body checking times, uncomfortable behaviours, and the anxiety of caregivers was decreased by 42.31%, 28.52% and 74.37%. Compared with ordinary clothing, six of the eight comfort performances are basically the same, and two are slightly worse.
低龄老年人适用性产品具备高度的过渡性与易废弃性,对此人群在智能可穿戴产品使用需求的把握与习惯培养对未来同批高龄老年人布局有可持续意义.针对目前因为低龄老年人智能可穿戴细分品类与设计方法相对缺失、老年人适用产品普遍无法满足用户需求而导致的供需不匹配与资源浪费问题,从可持续设计角度提出低龄老年人智能可穿戴的设计范式.通过问卷调研、质性分析方法抓取核心需求要素,提出可用性、体验性、低额外负担的设计原则,进而建构可持续设计范式,系统解决当下智能可穿戴产品无法满足低龄老年人需求与易废弃性问题,拓展可持续设计理念的延伸方向.
In the links of apparel product development and production, apparel pattern design cannot reduce its marginal cost through economies of scale because of its creative characteristics. With the world entering the era of industry 4.0, machine learning can provide services for apparel design. This research takes the Chinese characteristic tachisme pattern as the research object and puts forward a new design method of regional characteristic apparel pattern driven by Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN). Firstly, the main framework based on GAN including discrimination and generation modules is established. Aiming at the training difficulties of regional characteristic apparel pattern sample situation with small quantity and disordered specification, the image self-amplification and normalization pre-processing module is added to the model. Secondly, by adding the Batch Normalization mechanism, Leaky ReLU and RMSProp algorithm, the problems of gradient disappearance and overfitting in the experiment are solved, and the convergence speed of the model is improved. Finally, the HSV colour model algorithm is introduced into the loss function to indicate the training process, so that the artistic expression characteristics of the generated results are closer to the human visual perception experience. Through index evaluation comparison, result authenticity investigation and product design practice, we prove the superiority and practicality of the proposed method in this paper. The new design method theoretically solves the scale economy dilemma of the previous apparel pattern design methods and provides reference ideas for more application scenarios currently trapped in the real-time presentation of design results.

本文聚焦时尚非营利组织在推动时尚行业可持续过渡中的作用,在过渡设计视角下,结合非营利组织商业模式特征进行案例分析,从非营利组织Fibershed在基础建立、探索碳农业、促进区域经济和全面发展四个阶段的实践中研究其商业模式特点.进一步得到组织在构建区域纺织经济体中的模式实施路径,即以跨学科的知识协同完善基础设施、基于利益相关者网络发展合作,在关系协调中提升合作效率,并从多渠道获取资金.以期在推动时尚可持续过渡进程中,为时尚非营利组织的发展提供参考.
基于"十四五"规划对服装企业的政策支持,针对我国服装企业数字化转型升级的关键性问题,采用文献研读、数据统计和归纳概括的方法,从工业时代、信息时代、数字时代、智能时代深度剖析当下中国传统服装企业数字化转型现状,总结其发展路径特点.深入探讨数字化转型发展特点,从服装企业企业链、领导力、人才等方面,加快服装企业价值枢纽的形成.最后,通过宏观、微观2个层面总结提出我国服装企业当中的发展理念转型、领导力转型、组织结构转型、运营结构转型等6个方面的适应性操作方法.企业要根据自身发展状况及发展目标进行数字化转型实践,完成数字化转型的目标,紧跟时代的发展方向.
The formation of the globalization pattern of regional ethnic culture brings new opportunities for the sustainable development of cultural capital. In order to solve the problem of mismatch between the high development demand of regional ethnic costumes and their traditional design methods, this study proposes an innovative design method for regional ethnic traditional costumes, taking the Yunjian, a cloud-shaped sash-like shoulder garment as an example. Firstly, we deeply explored the historical and cultural connotation of the Yunjian through fieldwork and literature research. Then we sorted out and refined its elements, colors and structural features. We classified the patterns according to the composition forms and clarified the path of pattern creation based on fractal theory. We combined the representative elements of Yunjian with the fractal algorithm and proposed the design model of Yunjian fractal pattern. Finally we verified the feasibility of the proposed design method through design practice. The results show that the Yunjian garment created by the method of this paper can better reflect the characteristics of fashion art and ethnic culture.
With the popularity of the concept of big health and the important role of wearable devices in medical health, users pay more attention to the collection and acquisition of physiological data, but wearable devices attached to human users are independent, and the degree of data sharing is low. Improving the data sharing, accuracy, and reliability of wearable device monitoring is a problem that the article needs to study and solve. Specifically, the researcher summarizes the characteristics of the physiological monitoring smart clothing, and the basic physiological data parameters of human body, and analyzes the collection of three basic signals of electrocardiogram, body temperature, and human movement. This article summarizes the requirements and key technologies of body area network transmission of smart clothing, and studies the body area network node design, energy consumption optimization mode, and network architecture of physiological monitoring smart clothing. At the same time, based on the previous research, the multi-interaction process of smart clothing is formed, and then the standard evaluation system of smart clothing body domain network for evaluation is proposed. The results show that the optimized structure of the body area network of smart clothing proposed by the researchers is efficient, convenient, and mobile, and meets the characteristics of safety, reliability, low power consumption, and portability of smart clothing, especially in the field of physiological monitoring. The standard evaluation system of smart clothing body area network provides a practice-oriented theoretical reference for the current research of smart clothing body area network.
在服装行业飞速发展的当下,国潮逐渐成为针织服装设计领域的新宠.图案是针织服装设计中的重要因素之一.文章采用文献分析与案例研究相结合、理论研究与设计实践并行的方法,首先对国潮图案流行的背景进行解读,其次着重梳理与分析了国潮图案的造型类别、设计方法与布局形式,最终建立国潮图案应用于针织服装中的设计创新方法并提出成品工艺方案.该方法利用CLO Standalone三维虚拟试衣系统进行设计仿真,为当代针织服装品牌在图案设计领域的创新应用提供依据.
我国服装产业的传统营销渠道已逐渐滞后于服装品牌发展趋势,为了满足消费者需求和品牌发展的需要,针对我国服装产业市场供需逐渐失衡的问题,运用案例分析和归纳概括等方法,从国家政策、信息技术和行业环境3个方面阐述服装产业营销渠道智能化转型升级的必要性;将国内部分服装品牌的传统营销方式与初步完成智能化转型营销渠道的服装产业进行对比总结,并对其进行分析研究.结果表明:产业营销渠道智能化升级是服装行业未来能否立足的重要因素.线上线下全渠道布局,全面数据驱动下智能精准定位营销,企业需打造具备智能化竞争力的平台,将用户与产业的"需求点"深度融合,以期更好的应对未来市场之大变局.
随着区域民族纺织品全球化格局的形成,中国风格成为了全球纺织品流行趋势之一.中国传统纺织图案在世界范围的流行对其设计开发方法提出了更高要求.文章以书法纺织图案为研究对象,提出了基于深度学习生成对抗网络的传统纺织图案开发方法.该方法解决了传统开发方法技术壁垒高、效率低、可控性差、资源损耗大等问题,同时在深度学习层面解决了中国传统纺织图案样本少、规格杂、重意不重形等训练难点.经对比实验、主观评估与设计运用,该方法相较当前典型方法更适合应用于传统纺织图案的设计开发,具备先进性与实践价值.
The body area network (BAN) is composed of every wearable device network on the body to share information and data, which is applied in medical and health, especially in the direction of intelligent clothing. A wearable device is an integrated body of multi-sensor fusion. At the same time, the multi-dimensional needs of users and the unique problems of sensors appear. How to solve the problems of wearable sensors and sustainable design is the research focus. Based on the wearable sensor in the critical factor of wearable device fusion, this paper analyses the classification, technology, and current situation of a wearable sensor, discusses the problems of a wearable sensor for BAN from the aspects of human–computer interaction experience, data accuracy, multiple interaction modes, and battery power supply, and summarizes the direction of multi-sensor fusion, compatible biosensor materials, and low power consumption and high sensitivity. The sustainable design direction of visibility design, identification of use scenarios, short-term human–computer interaction, interaction process reduction, and integration invisibility are introduced. The integration research of wearable sensors is the future trend, and it has been widely used in medical and health, intelligent clothing, wireless communication, military, automobile, and other fields.
为优化远程医疗的可穿戴设备设计,提升下肢静脉曲张患者的康复体验,本文探讨了远程监护中对于患者的优化产品实施方案.本研究从用户需求出发,在远程监护服务体系构建中充分考虑需求因素,建立远程监护系统模型,提出针对下肢静脉曲张患者的远程监护服务设计模式,利用多学科交叉的设计方法,优化了现有的静脉曲张压力袜产品设计方案,并搭建了远程监护平台.本研究可为构建远程医疗和个性化医疗的服务体系提供参考,也为静脉曲张压力袜的个性化调节设计提供了借鉴.
