Abstract:Abstract:The flow filed model of cutter-suction was established according to the structure and working principle of cutting head.The characteristic of flow filed was researched by utilizing Computational fluid dynamics theory and Fluent simulation software.The law of flow field and velocity field and The change law of solid volume fraction of outlet was analysed. The main working parameters(speed of cutter and velocity of sucker mouth) which effected cutter-suction capacity was simulated in detail. The relationship between the parameters and the cutter-suction capacity was obtained. Increasing the cutter-suction flow is beneficial to the improvement of the cutter-suction capacity,when the cutter-suction flow over 2000m3/h,continue to increase the cutter-suction flow leads to high velocity of solid phase in the pipeline,and increase wear between solid particles and pipes;When the speed of cutter below 20r/min,increasing the speed of cutter is beneficial to the improvement of the cutter-suction capacity; When the speed of cutter over 20r/min, continue to increase speed of cutter will reduce the cutter-suction capacity significantly.
分析了反向扩孔气动冲击器工作原理,运用牛顿运动定律、热力学能量守恒定律、定常流动能量方程、波动理论等建立活塞运动的数学模型——冲击器性能(钻头获得的冲击能和破岩的有效功率)与内活塞结构参数的函数关系.利用Matlab数学软件对反向扩孔气动冲击器活塞运动的数学模型进行数值求解.对影响反向扩孔气动冲击器性能的各内活塞结构参数进行了详细的仿真分析,得到了各结构参数与气动冲击器性能之间的关系.钻头所获的冲击能和破岩有效功率会随着内活塞外径、内活塞长度、内活塞前端到钻头的距离的增大而减小.
Using numerical simulation method to study the change of temperature in the heater process of overall ladle furnace inner with time change.It is found that the condition of all points with time change and the temperature distribution of different points,and the results are verified by test.With finite element analysis method to study the stress distribution of overall ladle furnace inner at one time point,it is found that the stress distribution and analysis its reason,which provide a kind of means for increasing use times of overall ladle furnace.
According to the requirement of a portable chain of command which used in the police affairs zone of the procuratorate organs,a method was put forward to develop the embedded software based on the general PC hardware platform,GSM MODEM,and windows XP embedded OS. In order to meet the real-time communication,the automatic SMS processing module was designed to break 140-byte length limit of the single SMS transmit-receive;the transmitting message was encrypted based on BASE64 at the same time. The development and application of the embedded software shows it's highly efficient and low-cost,and it can also be used to develop for informationization and application of the special purpose machine used in the procuratorate organs. It has a good spreading value.
