This paper introduces the operation optimization and technical transformation of the desulfurization system for 600 MW unit in Shenhua Guohua Zheneng Power Generation Co.,Ltd(Ninghai Power Plant).Based on normal operation of desulfurization device with the desulfurization rate which meets the requirement,the operation mode is optimized and equipments are improved so that the goal of energy saving is achieved with desirable economic benefits.
Based on the current researches of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD) additives,this paper analyzes the technical economy of the desulfurization additives application combined with the practical application of the desulfurization additives in the 600 MW unit FGD system in a thermal power plant.The result shows that desulfurization efficiency rises significantly with the use of the additives in the existing desulfurization system which remains the same.The desulfurization system has a wider range to adapt to the variations of sulfur content in coal,so high-sulfur coal can be utilized.By adding additives and adjusting the slurry circulating pump operation mode,the operation electricity of circulating pump can be saved leaving the desulfurization efficiency unchanged.It can achieve obvious environmental and economic benefits.
On the basis of 600 MW units with desulfurization system in Ninghai Power Plant,measures are put forward to achieve optimal operation which will reduce energy consumption and cut the cost.Improvement of the slurry circulating pump and the use of desulphurization additives can ensure the desulphurization efficiency with disabling a circulation pump,and finally attain the aim of energy saving and good economic benefits.
In the coas tal coal-fired power plants,coal slip and coal sprinkling occurs frequently with the vibrating feeding system of bridge-type grab ship unloader,which results in environmental pollution and instability of the operation system.In this paper,a vibrating feeding system of bridge type grab ship unloader in Guohua Power Company has been studied.Coal slip and coal sprinkling is avoided with the use of vibrating feeder self-locking system,lift skirt plate and optimizing lead flow area.It will be helpful for grab ship unloader vibrating feeding systems in other industries,such as power plants,ports,metallurgy,building materials and so on.
