In this paper we consider batch scheduling problem of a single processor in chemical industries with precedence constraints to minimize the total weighted tardiness of jobs. This problem is known to be strongly NP-hard. Solution methodologies based on model and Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO) are developed to solve it. In this approach, some strategies are designed such as Schedule Generation Scheme (SGS). Computations show that model can obtain 100% optical solutions. QPSO is effective and better than standard PSO and quantum evolution algorithm.
In Jingmen power plant,600 MW steam turbine unit of its heat consumption rate and working efficiency parameters are severely deviated from their original design since its operation.This article puts forward a comprehensive retrofit scheme on the unit,the economy of turbine after reforming is analyzed.This overhaul scheme proves being able to reduce coal consumption and improve efficiency of steam turbine unit,it can be referential for same type domestic thermal power unit.
Since organizational tacit knowledge such as know-how and experiences usually resides in the owner's brain, consulting the expert is an effective and efficient way to utilize this type of knowledge. However, users are no longer able to effectively find the appropriate experts in the knowledge management system due to the complexity and diversity of the expertise and the knowledge needs. In this paper, an approach to expert recommendation is proposed to assist the user to find the required experts. The method adopts the fuzzy linguistic method to construct the expert profile, that is, to model expert's expertise. In addition, the fuzzy text classifier is used to get the relevant degree of the document to each knowledge area when the document is registered, which is the base of the following user profile construction. Then, the user profile consisting of the time and the relevance factors of the rated documents is constructed to derive the overall knowledge needs level of the user. Consequently, the expert that fulfills the knowledge needs most is recommended based on the similarity between the derived expert profile and the user profile. The developed prototype system, ''knowledge management system in aircraft industry company'', is introduced and the experimental results show the proposed approach is feasible and effective.
In the paper,the author set up the overall structure model of the semitrailer tractor based on the relevant re search at home and abroad.The author also made a static test for the semitrailer tractor in order to provide practical basis for the finite element analysis,and the test can also verify the correctness of the finite element model.Using the verified FEM(finite element model),the author analyzed the stress distribution and deformation of the tractor in bending condi tion,twisting condition,emergency braking condition and emergency turn condition.The author made modal analysis on the overall structure of the tractor as well.
The selection of knowledge management system has significant impact on the performance of the knowledge management.Based on the improved fuzzy information axiom,a multiple attribute decision making method is proposed for the system selection problem.By using the proposed concept of differential information content,ranking indices are presented for knowledge management systems with infinite information content,so that ranking mechanism is improved.Then,based on fuzzy axiomatic design,a novel fuzzy linguistic multiple attributes group decision making method is proposed for system selection by using the fuzzy linguistic assessment information provided by experts.Its applicability and effectiveness are testified by a real case.

In the light of the problems existing in thermodynamic system of a earlier home-made 200 MW steam-turbine,appropriate optimization and improvement were carried out,and the economy and safety of the turbine operation were enhanced.
