The soil of alfalfa land in the irrigating and dry farimg regions was sampled and the soil organic carbon (SOC),soil total nitrogen (STN),soil bulk (SB)and soil moisture (SM)were measured.The resulted showed that the SOC in the irrigating regions (IR)were higher than that in the dry farming regions (DFR), there was a biggest difference (3.41 g/kg)in l depth from 90 to 100 cm between IR and DFR.The value of SOC in depth from 0 to 100 cm in IR was 6.81~12.49 g/kg,the mean was 9.25 g/kg,which was higher than that in DFR.The content of STN was decreased with increasing of the soil depth,the scale of STN content in the soil was from 0.44±0.04 g/kg to 1.03±0.01 g/kg.The content of STN in depth from 0 to 30 cm was relative sta-bility,which no significant difference (P >0.05).The content of STN was decreased from 30 to 60 cm,howev-er,the value of TSN (0.66±0.01 g/kg)was kept stability from 70 to 100 cm.There was no significant differ-ence in the conten of SM from 0 to 60 cm in the soil of DFR(P <0.05).The mean value of the soil from 0 to 100 cm was 14.437 ± 1.124.The mean vaue of the soil in the alfalfa land in IR was 1 6.025±2.029.With increas-ing of soil depth,the SB in IR and DFR was increasesd the maximum value in DRF was 1.421 ±0.034,which was 17.5% higher than the minimum value in the soil.The maximum value in IR was 1.332±0.017,which was 1 1.3% higher than the minimum value in the soil.
为研究连作模式下不同气候区苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)土壤理化指标地域分布的差异性,对甘肃省灌区和旱作区连作苜蓿土壤的全氮(TSN)、有机碳(SOC)及土壤团粒结构等指标进行研究.结果表明:灌区SOC含量均高于旱作区,90~100 cm土层差值最大,达3.41 g·kg-1;0~100 cm土层灌区SOC含量为6.81~12.49 g·kg-1,均值为9.25 g·kg-1,比旱作区高22%.旱作区TSN含量随土壤深度增加而减小,含量为(1.03±0.01)~(0.44±0.04)g·kg-1;0~30 cm土层灌区TSN含量相对较稳定,30~60 cm土层则急剧下降,70~100 cm内又较为稳定,TSN含量维持在(0.66±0.01)g·kg-1.灌区苜蓿土壤的分形维数均低于旱作的,0~40 cm土层内随土壤深度增加而增大(P<0.05),随着土壤深度的增加>0.25 mm土壤团粒质量在干筛和湿筛处理下均呈现降低趋势;0~20 cm土层的土壤分形维数小于20~40 cm的,在干筛条件下,>5 mm的土壤团聚体含量最高,5~2 mm的次之,0.5~0.25 mm的最少.因此,苜蓿土壤SOC和TSN含量随着灌溉水平的差异表现出显著变化,且灌区苜蓿土壤团粒结构优于旱作区更适合苜蓿耕作,但旱区苜蓿土壤0~30 cm土层保水性等同于灌区的,说明连作苜蓿具有较强的抗旱性.
以甘肃干旱区连作5年和轮作1年的苜蓿(Medicago sativa)地土壤为研究对象,对不同耕作方式下土壤团粒结构、容重、含水量指标进行研究.结果表明:在轮作和连作模式下,随着土壤深度的增加,>0.25 mm土壤团粒质量在干筛和湿筛处理下均降低,>0.25 mm团粒累积质量越大,分形维数越小.在浸水条件下,粒径为0.5~0.25 mm的土壤团聚体含量最高,其它粒径团聚体含量依粒径的增大而降低.轮作土壤含水量呈现先增加后降低、最后再增加的变化过程;0~60 cm土层水分含量最高(13.881%),60~80 cm土层含水量下降到较低值(10.343%),80~100 cm土层水分迅速恢复(13.811%).连作和轮作土壤容重随土壤深度均呈现依次增大变化,连作最大值为1.425%比最小值高出17.6%,轮作最大值1.432%比最小值高出18.7%.
