以苯甲醛和1,3-环己二酮为原料,以乙醇为溶剂,采用常规合成方法、无溶剂研磨法和微波法3种方法合成氧杂蒽二酮,最高收率分别为69%、50%和75%.对3种方法进行对比分析发现,微波法产率高,操作简便.微波法中苯甲醛和环己二酮的摩尔比为1:2,微波功率为230 W,反应时间为15 min.

Solvent-free synthesis of chalcone under grinding condition at room temperature,with benzaldehyde and hypnone as materials,was investigated.The choose of basic catalyst,the amount of catalyst,the ratio of reactants was discussed in detail.The optimized conditions were as follows:grinding at room temperature for 20 min,the mole ratio 6∶ 4∶2 of benzaldehyde to hypnone,with NaOH / Na 2 CO 3 as catalyst and 75% ethanol as recrystalization solvent to obtain the yield 80.6% of chalcone.
A novel and clean synthesis of 5-benzylidene-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-ones and thiazolidine-2,4-diones has been achieved in good yields by condensation of aromatic aldehydes with rhodanine or thiazolidine-2,4-dione under microwave irradiation using glycine as the catalyst.

Ionic liquids were employed as a part of composite phase transfer catalyst to synthesise mandelic acid, and it is found that [bmim]PF6 coupled with β-cyclodextrin is the most effective catalyst, which was also applicable to other reactions used to synthesise mandelic acid derivatives. Reaction conditions were optimized and the products were characterised by 1H NMR and IR.
2,4-Thiazolidinedione was synthesized by one step method under microwave irradiation with thiourea and chloroactic acid giving the yield of 58%,which operated conveniently with appropriate yield,and was feasible to popularize.

At the basis of hydrotalcite like compounds,activated carbon was introduced as support to disperse active component of CoCuAl hydrotalcite-like catalyst,which resulted in improvements of anti-inactivation and increasing of recycling times of the catalyst.And the reaction conditions were also optimized with the characteristic of mass transfer control of the reaction.
An efficient method for the synthesis of N-aryl-5-arylidene-2,4-thiazolidinediones has been developed involving the N-arylation of 5-arylidene-2,4-thiazolidinediones derivatives with diaryliodonium salts in the ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate).
Common materials in coal mine are in the harsh environment of gas. For the sake of safety, a better antistatic and fire protection material properties is demanded. A certain amount of antistatic materials and fire protection material has to be filled in order to improve the antistatic properties especially the fireproof functions. And using the normal filling method will inevitablely reduce the mechanical performance. This paper discusses the influence of the crosslinking agent on nano-filler particle size and the structure of the polymer, the influence of the filler particle size and the ratio of different components on the conductivity of composite materials and the tensile strength, impact strength and ductility of materials. The influence of mastication temperature and time on the PTC effect is studied. The mechanism of the volume effect and surface effect and improving the tribology and mechanical properties is also studied.
By analyzing the macro electrical properties and the microscopic structure from SEM of nanomaterials modified mine transmission belt samples. The influences of the filling process of inorganic nano particle-filled rubber and PVC polymer on the physical properties of coal transmission belt is reviewed, as well as PTC and NTC effect on the stability of the physical properties and stability of materials. Influence of nano-materials and polymer materials for rubber and temperature changes in the plastic filled refining process. Crosslinker and major filler changes in the amount and filled plastic chain time on the conductivity of coal conveyer belt is studied. Influence of cure temperature. Cure time on the mechanical performance is studied. The microscopic mechanism of macro conductivity change of conveyer belt is discussed.

2-(methyl-2-pyridinylamino)ethanol is the key intermediate to synthesis of rosiglitazone.To enhance the reaction yield,appropriately increasing reaction temperature and changing post-disposal can shorten reaction time to 7~8h,simplify the operations and significantly improve the yield to 95%.
