发现Sn-Ag和Sn-Cu二元相图的共晶点Sn96.2Ag3.8和Sn98.7Cu1.3的平均原子尺寸相等,Ra=0.154 6nm.从而在三元Sn-Ag-Cu合金中,通过连接Sn-Ag和Sn-Cu二元共晶点得到一条Ra=0.154 6 nm的平均原子尺寸线,考虑到误差,在这条线近处选择了Ra=0.154 4和Ra=0.1548的两条平均原子尺寸线.在高真空下用电弧熔炼法制备了三类合金(Sn96.2Ag3.8)x(Sn98.7Cu1.3)1-x(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7)、(Sn94Ag6)x(Sn97.8Cu2.2)1-x(x=0.2,0.5,0.7)和(Sn98Ag2)x(Sn99.3Cu0.7)1-x(x=0.1,0.3,0.6).
In the past ten years,the advent of bulk amorphous alloys has improved our understanding of amorphous state alloys and created more opportunities for further application of amorphous alloys. In this article,we focus on results of the latest studies on the deformation and fracture of Zr-hased bulk amorphous alloys, review the history of bulk amorphous alloys and briefly describe their mechanical properties.
The sulfidation behavior of 310SS (Stainless Steel) before and affer high-temperature aging treatment has been studied in the gas mixture of 2.3%SO 2-S 2-8.8%N 2 under 10 5 Pa at 600℃.The morphology of corrosion products and scale structure were examined with OM,SEM/EDX and XRD.It is found that the aged sample suffered more severe corrosion than the unaged sample.Corrosion type of the aged 310SS is intergrainular,whereas corrosion type of unaged 310SS is uniform.The formation of σ phase due to aging treatment at 700℃ for 1000h,reduced Cr content on boundaries in 310SS,which results in the decrease of corrosion resistance of 310SS.
通过对焦化加热炉1Cr5Mo炉管的组织与性能分析,综合讨论了影响炉管安全运行的主要因素,并提出了建议与改进措施.
The performance and metallographical structure of the Cr5Mo furnace tube for reformer were analyzed. The structure and performance changing of the furnace tube for 10 years were indicated. Moreover, the remainder life of the tube in terms of the damage of the structure and the persistent performance are estimated.
In this paper, the method of Multi-arc ion plating with separate targets was used to depositNb1-xAlx(0.38<x<0.64)/Mo1-yAly(0.6<y<0.78)films on the 319ss(stainless steel) by changing negative bias voltage of substrate, current of separate targets. The experimental results showed that it is available to deposit the binary alloy films by selecting suitable negative bias voltage of substrate and current of separate targets. In addition, the hot corrosion behaveor of Nb-Al films with coating Na2SO4 at 600℃ and 900℃ has been investigated, respectively. The results indicated that the performance of Nb-Al films is better than its substance 310SS in hot corrosion. The corrosion behavior of 310SS with coating Mo-Al/Nb-Al films has been studied in gas mixture of 2.3%SO2/S28.8%N2 at 600℃,results showed that corrosion resistance of sample with coating Al and Mo-Al film is better than base material, however, corrosion resistance of sample with coating Mo/Nb/Nb-Al film is worse than base material.
The high temperature sulphur corrosion behavior of 310 stainless steel was studied in the 2.3% SO2-S2-8.8% N2 atmosphere at 600 ℃ . The morphology,composition and structure were analyzed with EDAX,XRD and metallographic means.It showed that the large amount of σ phase precipitated at grain boundaries after 700 ℃ ,10 000 h ageing,depleting the Cr content in the zone just adjacent to the boundaries.The sulphur corrosion resistance of 310 stainless steel was obviously reduced after high temperature ageing.The unaged 310 stainless steel was with homogeneous corrosion,but the aged was with the boundaries corrosion and homogeneous corrosion.
采用分离靶多弧离子镀技术,通过改变基片负偏压和分离靶弧电流以及镀膜时间等参数,在310SS(stainless steel)基片上制备了多种成分的Nb1-xAlx(0.38<x<0.64)合金薄膜.结果表明,选择适当的基片负偏压和分离靶弧电流可制得所需成分的二元合金薄膜.对所制备的Nb1-xAlx薄膜,分别做了600℃、900℃的热腐蚀实验(低温热腐蚀和高温热腐蚀),热腐蚀实验表明,该薄膜具有较好的抗热腐蚀能力.
