Based on the study of quality indices of slipforming pavement such as coarse aggregate content, density, surface void rate and compressive strength,the relationship between slipforming quality of pavement and vibrational consolidation acceleration is tested and researched through theoretical and regressive analysis. The new criterion parameter principle for evaluating slipform paving consolidation effect are advanced.

以搅拌-运输-摊铺系统为例,先后建立了高等级路面施工机械化系统的马尔柯夫模型及有效度模型,进而对系统处于各种状态下的概率随工作时间的变化、系统有效度随失效率、维修率的变化分别进行了分析,最后得出为保证系统能够连续性流水线式施工作业,应适当降低各子系统的失效率,适当提高各子系统的维修率等结论.
