This article introduced the workflow,existing problems,and improvement measures of the semi-automatic tire trimming machine with flap.By improving the inlet and outlet roller,setting up an anti-static soft brush device at the trimming station,improving the flap mechanism,and implementing variable frequency control measures for the active roller drive motor,the average trimming time of a single tire had been shortened from 12 s to 8 s.At the same time,the service life of the equipment was extended and the labor intensity of workers was reduced.
