研究了以氧化钙代替氢氧化钠用于高压蒸汽法处理锂云母提锂工艺实验.结果显示,氧化钙的加入,能较好地降低综合成本,而且,反应后的钙较易除去,简化了后续除杂、提锂工艺的步骤.经过对蒸汽压力、氧化钙与锂云母的质量比、反应时间、锂云母颗粒大小等因素对锂云母中锂转化率影响的研究,确定氧化钙-锂云母高压蒸汽法处理锂云母提锂工艺的优化条件是:蒸汽压力为11.0 MPa,氧化钙与锂云母的质量比为1.4,反应时间为3.5 h,锂云母颗粒大小为106μm.
研究了锂云母碱溶法提锂新工艺.通过对碱液浓度、固液比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对锂云母中锂的转化率影响的研究,确立了碱溶法处理锂云母的最佳条件:强碱溶液质量分数为50%,锂云母与强碱液质量体积比(g/mL)为1:3.5,反应温度为190℃,反应时间为4h.在该条件下锂云母中锂的转化率可以达到98.2%.该方法主要优点:1)锂云母中的锂100%进入溶液;2)可以使提钾、提铯、提铷转化工序一次完成;3)因为是在碱性液体环境下反应,锂云母中的氟不会生成强腐蚀性的氢氟酸腐蚀设备;4)副产品是具有广泛用途的铝硅溶胶,通过铝硅溶胶的直接销售可以大大降低提锂成本.
A modified epoxy resin terpolymer of silicone-acrylic acid-epoxy resin was synthesized by graft copolymerization of epoxy resin with methacrylic acid,n-butyl acrylate and dimethyldichlorosilane.The modified epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR for their chemical structure,the heat resistant of modified epoxy resin was improved by TGA,the mechanical properties of modified epoxy resin composites were improved by testing.
In this paper,an adhesive made from phenolic epoxy resin modified with the methyl-phenyl -silicon resin was introduced. In this course,boron phenolic resin and curing accelerator by custom-made were chosen as curing agents,nano-montmorillonite and sericite powder as fillers,adhesive can be served at 300℃for long period. The shear strengths of phenolic epoxy resin modified with organic silicon that different formulas and curing conditions were measured .The influences of curing conditions,the amounts of curing agent,the ratio of phenolic epoxy resin and methyl-phenyl-silicone resin, the ratio of boron phenolic resin and curing accelerator by bustom-made, and the amounts of nano- montmorillonite were analyzed.
The essential features of abrasion and the primary methods of prevent abrasion(such as improving the ability of wear-resisting of basic materials,surface strengthening of materials,preservation and restoration the surface of equipments with lining materials) has been simple introduced.The research results of wear-resistant materials in recent years are summarized in this paper.
This article mainly introduces the batching water influence the quality of the product in the synthesis of Poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS) with high purity,especially it is biggish influence to the content of sodium ion in the product.Controling the batching water can decrease the content of sodium ion and raise the melting point and the white content of product.
The research present state and the development trend of heat-resisting thermosetting resin adhesives were summarized. A few excellent heat-resisting thermosetting resin adhesives were introduced. It is indicated that the current development trend for this kind of adhesives should intensify the research of the modifying agent and the new type function padding and let the adhesives translate into tailored version from currency version.

A facultative wear-resisting lining material has been designed and prepared.This material can be used as inside lining to protect and repair the equipments such as sending,aeration,dedusting,etc.of power plant,steel and iron works,chemistry works.This material was compounded by ternary recombination binder,corundum, a small amount of fibre material,ultra little powder and other additives.The bending strength and compressive strength of the material are very high within the range of wide temperature,the performances of the thermal shock resistance and wear-resistance is excellent.
Methylsesquisiloxane was synthesized by taking methyltrichlorosilane as raw material and organic amine as trapezium control agent. The effects of trapezium control agent,hydrolyze medium,catalyst,monomer consistency,temperature on molar mass and structure regularity of polymer were discussed. Agreeable trapezium control agent and polymerization condition were filtered out. When the molar ratio of methyltrichlorosilane and ethylenediamine equals to 1∶1 1,product yield was higher,about 90%. When the molar ratio of methyltrichlorosilane and H 2O equals to 1∶15,product had a larger molar mass and good regularity. After the hydrolization,when taking tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as catalyst,condensation reaction was carried out at 35 ℃,if reaction time was short,the product had low molar mass and narrow distribution of molar mass. On the other hand,if reaction time was long,the product had high molar mass and wide distribution of molar mass. When taking acid as catalyst the condensation reaction was carried out at higher temperature,by lower molar mass of polymer and narrow distribution of molar mass.
In this paper,an adhesive made from the element silicone rosin modified with F_44 is introduced.The adhesive can be served at 300 ℃ for long period,and it hasn't volatile solvent.The adhesive has good properities,espercially heat_resisted property.
The water- soluble adhesive was prepared for better properties and lower price as reinforcer and filler with starch xanthate complexing naturel rubber latex. The adhesive, no poison and no smell, can be used convenniently. It is suitable for making braided hose and spiralled hose.
