Based on the situation of the industrial symbiosis network (ISN), for the improper flow of information, the paper uses the coordination function of administrative organization as a tool, and analyzes the influence on the stability of by-products material flow by administrative organization. From the statistical aspect, through building modeling of material stability of by-products, and analysis of theoretical mode and its parameter influence, we then further find the by-products administrative organization is capable of coordinating the by-products material flow within the network between the enterprises, removing the variance of by-products material flow, and then promoting the stability of the by-products material flow between the ISN node enterprises.
目前我国的复合实体共生模式生态工业园区在生态产业链管理中的信息集成化程度普遍不高,这造成了供应链失衡和生态产业共生网络稳定性差等问题。根据复合实体共生模式生态工业园区的特点,提出生态产业链管理信息系统概念,并将其作为生态产业链的信息集成化解决方案。这套方案有助于提高生态产业链的管理水平,增强园区的核心竞争力。

Based on 2-D mesh processing,a point-clouds data merging algorithm,which processes the data obtained by multi-sensors,is proposed.It successively treats the point-clouds data in each cross-section layer with the improved 2-D Delaunay triangulation,triangle meshes decimation,triangle's barycenter calculation,data integrating and sampling.A practical application,which implements this algorithm to process human point-clouds data obtained by a 3D human body laser scan system in our lab,is presented.Experimental results show that this approach can realize point-clouds merging with good effect.
A measuring approach for figure size from 3D human point cloud is presented.Using a light-stripe 3D laser scanning system to scan the desired pose of body,human's three-dimensional coordinates are obtained without loss.Based on the directions of eyesight and the natural separating of two legs,the human's orientation is adjusted to facing z positive direction.Applying manual method and maximal connectivity domain method to delete noisy points,6 figure points and 20 figure planes are labeled on human silhouette.Two different section planes' y coordinates are used to obtain one length size of human and a method,called convex hull method,to measure body section's girth,respectively.Using this technique,the 34 key figure lengths and girth sizes can be measured,and the factors affecting measurement precision can be analyzed.Measurement results show that the typical measurement error of this method is lower than 3% and can meet the requirement of industry.
The digitalization process of 3D human body color data captured by the 3D laser scanner is taker as the example to discuss the algorithms commonly used during data pretreatment which includes noise point deletion, aiming at multi -sensor scan data, and merge multi -sensor data, and 3D human body model reconstruction which includes human data reconstruction, triangle meshes decimation, mesh smoothing and mesh subdivision, and features of the algorithms. A processing instance is given and the ideal 3D human body model is obtained. By direct processing of the 2D color images captured by color sensors, the color edge of 3D color data is extracted, and finally, the 3D color digitalization model is constructed.
Data points acquired from the laser scanning system is processed by using the biggest connected region's method to delete the noise points.Then reduces the point number by quadric difference.Surface reconstruction of data points uses the algorithm based on local tangent plane cluster,then uses improved MC algorithm to export triangular mesh.Finally mesh simplification with vertex delete.The article depicts a process starting from a great deal of data points not including any added information,passing through data's preprocess,3D surface reconstruction,mesh simplification.success to simulate from data points to 3D model,realizes contour data point's 3D surface reconstruction.In the process of reconstruction,adopts new algorithm which have more rapid speed.
