The dynamic range improvement and realization of the acousto-optic spectrum analyzer are reported. When two RF signals of equal strengths and frequencies f1 and f2 are applied simultaneously to the signal Bragg cell, the analyzer demonstrates a dynamic range of 50dB and frequency resolution 10kHz.
A high dynamic range acoustooptical detector was demonstrated. The device can be used for channelized detection of the amplitude, frequency and phase of wideband RF signals and thus it can perform interferometric RF spectral analysis with significantly improved performance over the conventional AO Bragg cells. Two RF signals with equal strength were applied to the Bragg cell. The measuring result of dynamic range can get over 50 dB and the frequency resolution reaches 10 kHz.
8 X 8, 0.88 micrometers LED matrix module has been successfully fabricated by hybrid integrating technique. The emitting power of a LED element is more than 200 (mu) W (IF equals 20 mA). The emitting uniformity of all the elements is less than +/- 15%. In this paper, the design, structure, fabrication process of the module and its main properties are presented.
