The article presents the results of the introduction study of varieties of garden roses in the central part of the Udmurt Republic. A comprehensive assessment of varieties of garden roses was carried out on the collection plot of roses of the Department of Introduction and Acclimatization of Plants of the Udmurt Federal Research Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, founded in 2018 from 26 varieties of different garden groups (climbing, hybrid tea, scrubs, floribunda, Musk rose hybrids) . In the Udmurt Republic, at present, the assortment of roses for flower decoration of settlements is very scarce and is mainly represented by obsolete varieties, which is also an important aspect in the relevance of these studies. The varieties studied by us were grown in compliance with generally accepted agrotechnical measures. Phenomenological observations were carried out, taking into account the winter hardiness of varieties, taking into account susceptibility to diseases and pests, as well as an analysis of decorative features, which were evaluated on a 100-point scale. The assessment of winter hardiness of varieties was carried out in the spring, in the phase of mass bud break. Summary indicators of characteristics for these traits were used to determine the group of prospects. A comprehensive assessment of varieties of garden roses has identified promising varieties for industrial floriculture (Patte da Velours, Reine Sammut, Leonardo da Vinci, Trende Babylon Eyes, Fancy Babylon Eyes), recommended for landscaping in the conditions of the Udmurt Republic. These varieties are characterized by high decorative qualities, abundant and long flowering, high winter hardiness, relatively low susceptibility to diseases and pests. A promising group of rose varieties can be recommended for private horticulture, as well as using these varieties in urban landscaping using a high level of agricultural technology and special structures for shelter in the winter.
Modern garden roses are one of the most popular plants in the world of ornamental gardening. In modern conditions, research aimed at a deep study of the biological processes of plant acclimatization during introduction is the basis for a successful introduction to new regions of cultivation. The technology and new preparations offered by modern science contribute to the improvement of the adaptive properties of plants and the success of introduction. In connection with the development of nanotechnology, it has become possible to obtain new drugs with higher physiological activity based on silicon oxide. The research was carried out to study the effect of various concentrations of silicon oxide 0.002%, 0.004%, 0.006%, 0.008%, distilled water (control) on the processes occurring in Fancy Babylon Eyes rose plants under the influence of stressors of various nature (both biotic and abiotic).
The paper presents the results of 2018-2019 research on improving the technology of growing planting material of bog cranberry (Vaccinium oxycoccos L.) of Krasa Severa, Severyanka, Virussaare varieties on the basis of in vitro. Studied was the effect of the concentrations of growth regulators in the composition of the nutrient medium according to Anderson's recipe on the reproduction and subsequent rooting of micro cuttings, as well as the duration of cultivation and adaptation of micro plants depending on partial pruning of shoots. It has been established that at the stage of introduction into in vitro culture, sterilization of explants with 33% hydrogen peroxide in an exposure of 5-8 minutes with washing in 5 portions of sterile distillate gives 60-80 % of viable shoots. The optimum phase of plant development for the successful introduction of in vitro culture is the swelling of buds. Cultivation of micro cuttings was carried out in a light room at a temperature of 25±2 °С, a photoperiod of 16 hours. The duration of each subculturing was 30-60 days. For the stage of actual micropropagation on Anderson's nutrient medium, an increase in the dose of cytokinin 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BAP) from 0.2 to 0.5 mg/l and an increase in the duration of cultivation from 30 to 60 days contributed to a significant increase in the multiplication factor on average for the tested cranberry varieties.According to the efficiency of micropropagation, the varieties Virussaare and Krasa Severa were distinguished – 9.3-12.0 pcs/stalk, respectively. At the rooting stage, the use of a root-forming reagent of indolyl-3-acetic acid (IUK) in doses of 0.2, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/l in the composition of Anderson's nutrient medium did not affect the quality of root formation and the length of shoots of Virussaare micro-plants. No significant varietal differences in the root-forming ability of microcuttings were found. The tendency of better rooting of micro cuttings was observed in the Virussaare variety (90.3 %) compared to the Severyanka (85.7 %) and Krasa Severa (79.3 %) varieties. Micro plants of the Krasa Severa cultivar were characterized by the longest shoots, the total number of roots was less, but their length was longer in comparison with other cultivars. For the adaptation stage, a substrate from a mixture of lowland peat and sphagnum moss was used (1:1). The efficiency of adaptation of micro plants of cranberry varieties when cutting the tip of the shoots was 100 %. Pruning of micro plants shoots contributed to the formation of more side shoots and better development of the aboveground part of the plants.

We consider an initial boundary-value problem describing the unidirectional motion of a liquid in the Oberbeck–Boussinesq model in a plane channel with rigid immovable walls on which the temperature distribution is given (or the upper wall is heat-insulated). For this problem, we obtain a priori estimates, find an exact stationary solution, and determine conditions under which the solution converges to its stationary regime.
This paper touches upon an initial-boundary-value problem that describes the unidirectional heat-gravitational motion of fluid in a plane channel in the case of solid immobile upper and lower walls with temperature distribution thereon and in the case of a heat-insulated upper wall. The motion is caused by a joint effect of the longitudinal temperature gradient and given nonstationary flow rate. The initial-boundary-value problem is inverse relative to the pressure gradient along the channel. An exact stationary solution is obtained. A solution of the nonstationary problems in Laplace images is determined, and the results of numerical calculations are presented.
The unidirectional motion of two viscous incompressible liquids in a flat channel is studied. Liquids contact on a flat interface. External boundaries are fixed solid walls, on which the non-stationary temperature gradients are given. The motion is induced by a joint action of thermogravitational and thermocapillary forces and given total non - stationary fluid flow rate in layers. The corresponding initial boundary value problem is conjugate and inverse because the pressure gradients along axes channel have to be determined together with the velocity and temperature field. For this problem the exact stationary solution is found and a priori estimates of non - stationary solutions are obtained. In Laplace images the solution of the non - stationary problem is found in quadratures. It is proved, that the solution converges to a steady regime with time, if the temperature on the walls and the fluid flow rate are stabilized. The numerical calculations for specific liquid media good agree with the theoretical results.
