Based on the history and practice of China’s reform and opening-up policy,as well as the development trend of world history,this paper combines the current risks and challenges,makes a more in-depth thinking to the development of China’s socialist modernization construction from angle ofseizing the oppotunity. On this basis,this paper highlights theworld historysignificance ofseizing the historical opportunity,promotion of the development of socialist modernization construction,and the realization of the ideal of communism.

Building a new socialist countryside is a great,long-term,complex systems engineering.In promoting the cause in the minority areas,national education is a top priority as a basis for the overall development.First of all,a sound legislation system must be built protect the national education and to manage education according the law.The purpose of this paper is put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

By analyzing the notion of "progress",the historical origin of its emergence and its great adverse effect in modern times,the proposition of "reflecting progress" and a new view of nature of constructing advanced concept——the view of congenial relations between human and nature are proposed.A further analysis of the great influence of the notion of rethinking progress on the relations between human and nature in society is presented.

党的十七大把科学发展观写入党章,在下一阶段将引领我国社会社会的全面发展,同样也将引领我国高等教育的发展方向,高等教育如何树立和落实科学发展观,是摆在所有教育工作者面前的课题。

本文通过介绍约翰.齐曼对"学院科学"的分析,以及他对于"后学院"时代科学发展的分析,指出当前科技哲学中科学共同体发展的五个重要特征。在此基础上,本文提出对于后学院时代构建科学规范的认识,指出当前科学规范的建设应该超越于科学共同体之外,应该充分考虑科学共同体与历史、现实之间的紧密关系。

思想政治教育是一种关于人的对象性活动,必然要求以人的现实存在为出发点,尊重发展人的个性,促进人自由、全面的发展。因此,思想政治教育是对人的关怀而不是教化。人文关怀是思想政治教育的核心,在思想政治教育中,只有融入人文关怀,真正做到尊重人、理解人、关心人,才能使思想政治教育充分显示其巨大的功效。

Education Ministry promulgated the new program for the ideological and political theory courses in 2005.The course of Marxist fundamental theory was established in 2007.The course acquaints the university students with basic theory of Marxism,is the main approach of ideological education and is significant to help students to form correct outlook on world,life and value,but in the real teaching the effect is not satisfying.Therefore,this thesis mainly discusses measures to improve efficiency of the teaching from three aspects.

伽德默尔在其英文版《真理与方法》中的"The Rehabilitation of Authority and Tradition"一节,阐明了传统的现代价值以及在现代社会条件下,重新恢复传统的言说力的方法论.在全球化的时代氛围中,这个思想有重大意义.文章在对这一段原著进行重新翻译的基础上,进一步审视了中国传统文化的当代价值,反思了当代中国人解读中国经典思想的方法上的一些失误,初步探索了中国经典文本的现代阐释的方法论基础,这有利于恢复中国传统文化对当代中国社会的话语权,并将为建设社会主义和谐社会提供必要的思想道德基础.
