An organic single crystal of IE has been grown by solution growth technique. Crystalline parameters are analyzed for the grown crystal by Single crystalline X-ray diffraction studies. The as grown crystal exhibit monoclinic structure type, crystallizes in the space group of P21. The NLO studies of the grown crystals were performed which confirmed them as second harmonic type of crystals. The elemental composition of the elements present in the grown crystal is known from the CHNSO studies. The fluorescence (FL) spectral analysis was performed for the IE crystal which confirms that the material is appropriate for NLO type applications and is of bluish FL emission.
Bioactive constituents of ZnO nanoparticles incorporated with Phyllanthus acidus fruit extract is studied for solar cell fabrication by means of domestic microwave-assisted green synthesis method. ZnO nanoparticles are synthesized with an average particle size of 5.2 nm and it possess the hexagonal and wurtzite crystalline structures. An absorption peak at 353 nm validates the formation of Zn nanoparticles and it is the foremost property of ZnO nanoparticles. It is highly reported that the presence of O–H, N–H, C–H, C–O and amine groups provides the stabilization of these nanoparticles. A well aligned concentric rings pattern is mostly seen in the selected area electron diffraction. The ac conductivity, dielectric loss and dielectric constant are also accomplished and shows better cell deficiency. The dc conductivity activation energy is resulted as 0.045 eV. The most important applications of ZnO nanoparticles in solar cell fabrication and photovoltaic devices are also spotlighted. The electronic influx; tribological as well as rheological studies are also performed for P. acidus fruit extract based ZnO nanoparticles for electro-mechano uses.
The LPAM-L Phenylalaninium Maleate crystals are well and properly grown by solution growth methodology and are analyzed for single crystalline X Ray Diffraction data for the crystalline nature and the Hirshfeld analysis for the energy, void space, Vanderwall’s effect with coloured data of potential and super cell lattice for 1,1,1 and 3,3,3 planes for the LPAM and shows appropriate anti-inflammatory study based on the amino acid present in the crystalline sample and compared for macro and nano level scales and reported.
Biogenic zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles are successfully synthesized by solvothermal method using various concentrations Begonia leaf extract as capping agent. The single nano-crystalline wurtzite-type structure is confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction. HRTEM observations reveal spherical-shape particles at the nanoscale. The calculated optical band gap of 3.51 eV enables for optimum use in solar cell applications. It is found that both the dielectric constant and dielectric loss are inversely proportional to the frequency while both are directly proportional to the temperature. This implies that the charge transport process along with polarizability is impacted by the space charge. Magnetic measurements indicate the presence of weak ferromagnetic component attributed to oxygen vacancies, besides the existence of a magnetic transition from diamagnetic into paramagnetic. The filter utility and the mechanical–tribological parameters are also studied.
