This chapter discusses various human loci along with describing chromosomal localization, organization of the loci, and potential repertoire. The various human loci covered in this chapter are the human TRA locus, the human TRB locus, the human TGR locus, and the human TRD locus. The chapter majorly consists of tables that provide the number of the human TRDV germline variable genes and potential repertoire. The chapter provides chromosomal localization of each locus followed by the organization of the particular human locus.
