Background Femoral offset (FO) restoration plays an important role in improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients undergoing hip replacement. However, it is not given enough attention in revisions among patients with periprosthetic femoral fractures (PPFFs); instead, more attention is given to reduction, fixation of fractures and stabilizing prostheses. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of FO restoration on the function of the hip joint in revisions of patients with PPFF of Vancouver B2. Moreover, we studied whether there is a difference in FO restoration between modular and nonmodular stems. Methods A retrospective review of 20 patients with PPFF of Vancouver B2 revised with a tapered fluted modular titanium stem and 22 patients with PPFF of Vancouver B2 revised with a tapered fluted nonmodular titanium stem from 2016 to 2021 was conducted. Based on the difference between the FO of the affected side and that of the healthy side, 26 patients were allocated into Group A (difference ≤ 4 mm), and 16 patients were allocated into Group B (difference > 4 mm). The postoperative Harris Hip Score (HHS), range of motion of the hip joint, length of both lower limbs and dislocation were compared between Group A and Group B. The proportions of patients with FO restoration (difference ≤ 4 mm) and stem subsidence were compared between the modular and nonmodular groups. Results The mean follow-up time was 34.3 ± 17.3 months, and all cases achieved fracture healing at the last visit. Patients in Group A had a higher HHS, larger range of abduction, fewer dislocations and less limb length discrepancy (LLD). Patients in the modular group had a higher proportion of FO restoration and less subsidence. Conclusion FO restoration improves postoperative hip joint function and reduces dislocation and LLD in revisions of patients with PPFF of Vancouver B2. Compared with nonmodular prostheses, modular prostheses tend to be easier for FO restoration under complex circumstances.

The technology of digital interface compatible electronic transducer is studied. The measuring and protective equipment is explored to make a new application of current and voltage signals from the electronic transducer so that electronic transducer differential signal is directly used as a protection input. The new differential protection principle based on the differential input signal is put forward. And the theoretical analysis and simulation shows that the protection principles proposed are feasible.

针对传统电力系统调频响应延时长、机组能耗大的问题,提出了一种需求响应参与电力系统调频的模糊控制策略.该策略从需求侧入手,将变频空调作为可控负荷;按照变频空调的出力能力,将参与电力系统调频的所有变频空调进行分类,并引入权重因子,实现对不同类型变频空调的聚合控制;根据系统的运行状态,通过模糊控制规则调节参与需求响应中各类变频空调的出力,辅助发电机组改善系统的动态调频性能.仿真实验结果表明,采用该策略可显著提高频率调节速度和降低超调,并在一定程度上降低调频能耗,有助于改善电网的调频性能.

为了提高电力系统短期负荷预测的准确性,提出了基于双层随机森林算法的电力系统短期负荷预测模型.在预测模型的第1阶段,用随机森林算法构建初始预测模型,得到训练残差,将训练残差代入原始训练样本构建新的训练样本;在第2阶段,采用新的训练样本对随机森林算法再次进行训练,从而充分解读训练样本中的有效信息;最后,将2个阶段的随机森林模型融合,得到双层随机森林预测模型.以某市实际电力负荷数据作为算例,对模型进行仿真验证,结果表明:相比于基于单层随机森林算法的预测模型,基于双层随机森林算法的预测模型准确性更高.
针对能耗高且增速快的建筑楼宇优化调度问题,构建了含光伏发电、冷热电联供系统、燃气锅炉和储能装置的建筑级综合能源系统。在对系统内各个能源设备进行建模分析的基础上,考虑需求响应补偿价,以建筑运行成本最低为目标函数,建立了基于需求响应的建筑级综合能源系统优化调度模型,采用基于云模型改进的粒子群算法对模型优化求解。引入算例进行仿真,对比是否参与需求响应的两种不同模式,以及云模型粒子群算法与基本粒子群算法的优化性能。结果表明,基于需求响应的云模型粒子群算法模式可有效节约建筑级综合能源系统运行成本,同时降低电网侧负荷峰谷差。

This design proposes a low-cost node solution based on the Wi-Fi wireless sensor network. It aims to solve the problem of the popularity of smart homes due to high costs in real life and is suitable for applications in the smart home field. This solution saves cost, uses SOC solution, and has few peripheral circuits. Nodemcu is used to collect sensor data directly, which saves a separate main control chip, thereby further reducing costs. Various hardware interfaces are provided to facilitate the expansion of different types of sensor functions. The hardware of different functional nodes is designed, and the data is uploaded to a back-end server. Based on the software processing, the data between different nodes is aggregated and uploaded to the cloud platform for display to achieve remote access and control.
In this paper., a new type of cluster measuring and controlling device for the interval layer of intelligent substation is developed., which uses several cluster measuring and controlling devices to realize the whole station monitoring function. The selection of various hardware platforms is compared and analyzed., the appropriate main processor is selected and the peripheral design is carried out., and the composition of the new type of cluster measurement and control device is expounded. The test and trial results show that the developed cluster measurement and control device fully meets the requirements of intelligent substation monitoring system., and its performance exceeds the requirements of national standard., and can be completely compatible with the existing operation., maintenance and management mode of intelligent substation monitoring system.
Due to the spatial and temporal distribution of meteorological conditions along the transmission lines, the equivalent model with lumped parameters cannot accurately represent the line model with the actual parameters. In the paper, the nonuniform parameter model based on the dynamic thermal rating (DTR) technology of transmission lines is adopted to establish the power flow analysis model based on the conductor temperature. The algorithm presented in the paper is adopted to analyze the power flow of power networks with known load and meteorological parameters. And then cases with parameters of different seasons and spatial distribution in practical conditions are used to verify the feasibility of the algorithm. It is shown that the power flow analysis model established in this paper can realize the accurate analysis of the thermal load capacity of the transmission line in the power grid, which has great practical significance.
