Blockchain technology enables innovative financing models in supply-chain finance. This research constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model that includes core enterprises as employers, small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as contractors, and banks as financial institutions, where they have been simulated for their impact on blockchain technology, especially on the strategic choices of supply-chain financing behavior and the system’s evolutionary path under core enterprises’ guarantee mechanism. The findings show the application of blockchain technology can effectively reduce the regulatory and review costs for financial institutions, thereby enhancing the efficiency of supply-chain financing. Particularly, blockchain technology provides a more reliable credit endorsement platform for SMEs in reducing their tendency to default. The guarantee mechanism of core enterprises is more effective with the support of blockchain technology, which helps to build more solid supply-chain financial cooperation relationships. The research contributes to the theoretical research on the integration of blockchain technology into supply-chain finance, especially for improving the operational efficiency of financial services. It also highlights the need for blockchain-backed guarantees from core enterprises in optimizing supply-chain financial services.
Blockchain, with its unique technical features, has deeply integrated with supply chain finance. It effectively solves several pain problems in traditional supply chains finance, such as bill fraud, isolated information areas, and high-performance risk. The distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanism and smart contract function of blockchain technology has opened up new development space for traditional supply chain finance, which includes inventory pledge financing mode, accounts receivable financing mode, prepayment financing mode and credit financing mode. In order to address the risk challenges faced by blockchain supply chain finance, it is necessary to establish a benefit distribution mechanism that shares both profit and cost, an information sharing and collaboration mechanism in the supply chain, design an insurance contract for blockchain supply chain finance, strength the multi-party collaboration and cooperation of the supply chain financial ecosystem. The mechanisms are to guarantee the effective operation of the blockchain supply chain finance.
Memorizing-forgetting mechanism of brain helps to filter and learn knowledge. A memorizing-forgetting model on memory units is produced to simulate the memory evolving process and support the knowledge management and optimizing system. The mathematical model is simplified and improved for computer simulation. An application example is given. By the model, the frequently quoted knowledge instances can be efficiently extracted from the knowledge system.
In order to effectively filter the useful knowledge in knowledge management,a compound memory-forgetting model(CMFM) based on the feature of forgetting is produced.The mathematical model is analyzed and simplified so as to be suitable for computer simulation.The application of CMFM to knowledge management is studied,and an example is given.This model is helpful in distinguishing outdated knowledge,recognizing new knowledge,filtering key knowledge items and improving the efficiency of knowledge management systems.
The paper studied an effective method for protecting process documents in the CAPP system through digital signatures.The message digest encrypted by the Shadow Algorithm,a type of message digest function,is embedded into XML-formatted process documents,The generation,verification and display of digital signatures are realized.The method has ensured the integrity and authority of the process documents′ information in the CAPP Net system and can be extended to other information systems.
To integrate a CAD system with a computer aided process planning(CAPP) system,we extracted information from the CAD system and then carried out its technical information modeling.XML was used as intermediate data for the integration to transform the CAD information model into the CAPP information model.The information medel in the XML file format was input to the CAPP system.Thus the integration issue of the CAPP system under the network integration environment was solved.Finally,instances were presented to prove the feasibility of the method.
In order to realize an open and integrated Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system, an Internet/Intranet based CAPP architecture for rapid customization was developed. The architecture was composed of modular components, and implied with web services. By use of web services, the architecture provided such basic functions as product information definition, process knowledge maintenance, process planning guidance definition, resource management, process sheet edition, process evaluation, process simulation and customization tools etc. The triple level customization mode of basic architecture, industrial-oriented development platform, enterprise application system was presented. At last, for electromotor manufacturing industry, the framework and application customization based on the architecture was illustrated.
The rapid advance of Web and XML technique enhances the application of XML database greatly. This paper introduces the conception and sorts of XML database and analyses its advantages on the CAPP system in network. Then it gives details on how to design the mode and store XML in XML database.
Towards overcoming the limited ability of traditional CAPP systems in process sheet customization and process content sharing, it puts forward a web based CAPP system architecture, clarifies the XML based key technology of process plan sheet customization, introduces the implementation of the main modules such as customization, generation and statistic. With the example it gives a practical industry application case.
The CAPP integration and generalization are the key technology in current CAPP researchand development. To solve the bottleneck in theory and practice, such problem should beanswer: the function integration and data integration of CAPP with other enterprise applica-tion system in web environment; different industry and different enterprise needs differentfunction, so the customize from analysis to coding have to been developed again and again.The integration problem has being solved by using XML technology. The generalizationproblem has being solved by summarize the common function that been encapsulated toweb service in CAPP system. The web services are the basic modules in common platform.The application systems are customized fast in the common platform.
在基于Web的CAPP原型系统CAPP.NET前期研究[1]的基础上对CAPP.NET具体实施方式和功能结构规划两部分进行了深入探讨.首先提出了推广应用CAPP.NET的理论模式和服务方式.在此基础上提出建立工具包(tool kit)形式的CAPP.NET功能内核,通过分析企业对CAPP系统功能的需求,定义了工具包中广义的工具模块内容,并给出层次划分,然后给出了工具模块的实现方式和组合应用模式.最后给出了基于Web的工具型CAPP系统的实施示例和展望.
This paper demonstrated the need of research and realization of the CAPP.NET system, the process planning wizard based on the CAPP.NET. Combined with the actual instance, the working principle and data stream of the wizard were presented. It analyzed the structure and characteristics of the referenced bank used as the base and main part of the wizard, gave an application example.
Aimed at the development of CAPP system in enterprise integration environment, the interface between CAPP, ERP and PDM are designed and implied on the web model and XML technology. The interface has been applied in some enterprise integration platform.
