基于平行耦合线的理论,研究了2进1出3 dB宽带定向耦合器的设计原理及方法.根据理论计算及电路仿真,采用三节耦合线,结合耦合带状线上下空间结构,进行三维建模仿真,优化低互调大功率负载.通过实物加工和调试,获得了工作带宽内驻波比<1.15、耦合度<3.4 dB、隔离度>30 dB、三阶互调<-160 dBc的结果,能较好地满足实际工程需要.
基于广义切比雪夫带通滤波器的综合理论,研究了2.3/2.6 GH-z腔体双工器的设计原理及仿真方法.利用能产生传输零点的交叉耦合结构,采用公共谐振腔将两个通道滤波器进行合路,通过电磁仿真软件对双工器模型仿真分析,并进行了实物的加工和调试,得到的实测曲线满足设计要求.该双工器已成功应用于4G移动通信系统中,从而论证了该方法的正确性与可行性.
Hermetic window is widely applied to the microwave system.It is simulated using Ansoft HFSS software and CST software,respectively,and their simulated results are compared.The simulated results show that changing variable h a large number of peak values appears in the S_(11) curves of Ansoft HFSS simulation,while consistency is indicated in the S_(11) curves of CST simulation.When higher resolution frequency of Ansoft HFSS is set and simulation is proceeded again,its S_(11) curves are almost similar to those of CST simulation.
