The rapid development of leased line services has transformed the optical transport network from operator's basic network to leased line service network.With the withdrawal of MSTP,OTN has become the main network technology for high-value leased lines.Several key technical solutions and evolution of OTN carrying leased line were analyzed and researched.The problem of cascade protection in multi-domain OTN was researched.Interoperability of different venders’ equipment was researched and solved.SDN and OTN were proposed as the development direction for high-quality leased lines.ACTN-based SD-OTN controller northbound interface standard and YANG model,technical requirements of management and control for access OTN equipment were promoted in IETF and CCSA separately,which would promote decoupling of OTN network.China Unicom’s leading experience of development and deployment of SDN orchestrator on OTN for high quality leased line was shared.

Multi-vendors G.654.E fibres field trials for 400G terrestrial transport systems were demonstrated. The evaluation works carried out by China Unicom for high bitrate terrestrial transport application are introduced. Test results in factories and fields are analyzed detailed.
As an important performance parameter of network,delay is getting more and more attention of service users and network op-erators,including TDM based network and packet based network. The delay measurement function based on ODUk overhead of OTU frame in 100G OTN/WDM was discussed,and the application scenarios in transport network were analyzed. Based on the experimental results,the functions and accuracies of delay measurement in current 100G WDM/OTN equipments were analyzed. Final y,the further requirement of delay measurement was proposed according to the OAM demand of transport network.

The techniques of optical supervisory channel,electronical supervisory channel and external DCN are mainly used for the net-work OAM in optical transport network,and OSC technique nowadays is mostly utilized. As the wide deployment o optical transport network equipments,ESC technique is also used more. ESC based on GCC of OUT frame was introduced firstly,af-ter the comparison between ESC and OSC techniques,the technique specification and application scenarios of ESC based on GCC in optical transport network were analyzed and suggested.
The key functionality of packet-enhanced OTN for telecom operators has been analyzed. Especial y, MPLS-TP is proposed as the proper solution for packet-enhanced function in packet-enhanced OTN other than Ethernet. The application scenarios of packet-enhanced OTN deployed in broadband access service, leased-line service, mobile backhaul and IP layer bypass are al-so particularly researched.

A solution on encapsulation flexibility and intel igent control mechanism utilizing ROADM and Flex Grid for beyond 100G optical transport system is particularly proposed. It analyzes the development of the key technology of all-optical network and proposes a plan for the management and optimization of the line injury of the all-optical transport network to realize the application of the all-optical transport network.
