本文利用有限元法模拟了生长氮化镓(GaN)材料所用的金属有机物化学气相淀积(MOVPE)设备反应室内的电磁场分布。主要对影响电磁场分布的感应加热条件,如电流频率和电流强度进行了分析,给出了磁场磁矢势和焦耳热分布,以及它们分别与电流频率和电流强度的关系。通过对立式和卧式MOVPE反应室的焦耳热的分布的比较,得出在温度分布均匀性方面,卧式MOVPE反应室感应加热优于立式反应室。
The hit probability analytic expressions of straight-running torpedo is established in considering measured error.In addition,this paper provides the analytic expression to draw the equal probability position diagrams and the expressions to calculate the farthest target position in definite probability.It provides a theoretic reference in the warfare use of torpedo.
本文主要阐明了构造思想的定义以及在高职数学教学中渗透构造思想对培养学生优良的思维品质、形成科学的思维定势、激发学生的非智力因素,促进高职数学与专业知识的结合等方面的重要性。
本文分析了当前高职数学教学的现状,阐明了高职数学模块化教学的定义,提出了高职数学模块化教学必须遵循的三大原则,即坚持理论够用为度的原则,坚持高等数学为专业课服务的原则,突出数学应用、体现高职特色的原则,最后论述了高职数学模块化教学内容。为使高职数学课程模块化教学顺利进行,必须从教材、教学评价、教学手段、教学方法、提高教师素质等几个方面进行改革。

Semi-convergence problems existed in reconstruction algorithm of Actual CT system.First the convergence of outer iterative interpolation algorithm,the parameters of iterative interpolation algorithm and the test data are analyzed.And then an improved iteration extrapolation algorithm is given.Lastly,numerical experiments show that outer iterative interpolation algorithm is sometimes divergent,that is to say semi-convergence existed in iterative interpolation algorithm improvement extrapolation iterative algorithms are convergent.
In this paper,we investigate the relation of congruence lattices on semirng R and fractional semiring S-1TR.We get that the congruence lattices on semirng R can be embeded in the congruence lattices on semirng S-1TR.
高职高专学生文化基础总体相对较差,教材体系不适应学生的体系,教学内容与教学模式有待提高。诸多不利因素给着门课程的教学带来很大困难。笔者根据多年的教学实践经历,分析了目前高职高专高等数学教学存在的主要问题,吸收结合前人的宝贵经验,进行了一系列的教学改革创新,做出了教学上的几点探索,并取的了一定的成效。
