随着人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的消费者关注食品的品质,辐照技术作为一种特殊的食品储存保鲜技术逐渐走入人们的视野。目前辐照技术在食品上的应用主要作用是杀菌、杀虫,抑制发芽、延迟成熟和延长储藏期。辐照食品是指为达到某种实用目的,按辐照工艺规范规定的要求,经过一定剂量电离辐射照过的食品。根据各国30多年的研究结果,FAO、WHO、LAEA组织联合专家委员会宣布,吸收剂量在10 kGy以下的任何辐照食品都是安全的。
本实验建立了同时测定食品包装印刷油墨中二苯甲酮(BP)、4-甲基二苯甲酮(MBP)、2-苯甲酰苯甲酸甲酯(OMBB)、4-二甲氨基苯甲酸乙酯(EDAB)、2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮(ITX)、4-二甲氨基苯甲酸-2-乙基己酯(EHA)、2,4-二乙基硫杂蒽酮(DETX)和4-氯二苯甲酮(CBP)等8种光引发剂(PIs)含量的凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)-气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)方法.样品用环己烷-乙酸乙酯混合溶剂超声提取,提取溶液经GPC净化分离和富集以后,以50%苯基-50%甲基聚硅氧烷为固定相(Rtx-17MS),采用多反应监测(SRM)方式对上述8种光引发剂进行了定性和定量分析.8种光引发剂在0.2~100.0 μg/L范围内的线性关系良好,线性相关系数大于0.9979;在3种浓度的添加水平下,回收率范围为80%~ 105%,相对标准偏差为2%~ 10%;方法的定量限为0.01 ~~0.05mg/Kg.实验结果表明,采用该方法,样品前处理过程较简单,灵敏度高,准确度和精密度好,适用于食品料包装印刷油墨中8种光引发剂的检测要求.
A new method using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry for the analysis of melamine simulants in food contact materials has been developed.Through a series of experiments,we combined with the relevant national standards,and based on the actual sample tests,which show that in the food processing,packaging,sterilization some materials will cause some migration of melamine,may bring some food quality and safety problem.The experimental results can provide some technical support for food packaging materials producers,food production and processing enterprises,while non-human to add melamine to food sources of the latest experimental data,improve the delivery of national standards for the relevant experimental evidence.
A new method for determining nitrovin in animal products by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry was developed.Sample preparation and HPLC-MS/MS analytical conditions were examined and optimized.Samples were extracted,cleaned up and then detected by LC-ESI-MS/MS method.External standard method was used for quantification in the multiple-reaction monitoring mode.Limit of detection(LOD) was 2.0 μg/kg.The method showed good linearity in the range of 1.0-100.0 μg/L for nitrovin(r>0.99).The average recoveries of nitrovin in animal products ranged from 66% to 82%.
