Based on the field investigation data, the paper is aimed to analyze the following three perspectives: the modes of relationship between site and architecture, the modes of exterior design of architectural complexes, and the modes of plane structure of architectural complexes. Finally, the paper concludes the design strategies from the perspective of public safety in the central city.

Based on the state of hospitals in our country,the paper aims to analyze from the perspective of architecture and planning & design to solve the problem about reconstruction and extension of hospitals.To reconstruct and extend hospital should make assessment to the original resource,give a general design,and finally implement step by step to meet the hospital functional requirements,to enhance the efficiency of hospital-building,to improve human health care environment and to establish a new image of the hospital.
